Nicklas is friendly, very informative and his and east side’s services have kept my home pest free!
Darius was efficient and very personable.
This was not our first time using Eastside Exterminators. The last time they handled a football-sized wasp nest quickly and efficiently. This time they rescued us from marauding ants. Our technician was on time, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend.
Prompt, thorough and knowledgeable service by Darius
On time and efficient.
Eddy was really helpful, explaining the details about the bait, and offered great compromises to consider the health of our beehives.
We requested a pest inspection in hopes of identifying and eradicating a mixture of very small, almost microscopic pests that have invaded the home due to moisture issues. When calling the prior business, Parker Eco Pest Control, to set the appointment we clearly stated the reason for the inspection- including…
Andrew Wilson was a great help!
Have used Eastside Exterminators now for several years and pleased with their regular service in eliminating pests: spiders, stink bugs etc. Jayden does a thorough job and I appreciated that he returned after regular service at no additional charge to eliminate some additional pests. We have an annual contract with them for quarterly service. We used to have terrible issues with spiders and stinky bugs, but they’ve been completely gone since we started using this company. I wanted to leave a review today because they recently started giving me a heads-up a few days before a visit. Previously,…
Jay is communicative, thorough, and he always has a positive attitude.
Michael was prompt and professional and found the source of our issue immediately!
Bruce completed work and included a check of the crawl space for rodents. None were found. He checked in At the door to let us know he was there to do job, which was much appreciated and again when job completed.

I needed a last minute appointment after the company I had originally booked with messed up, so I scheduled with Eastside. I’m so glad I did, as even during the booking process, Kelly was so sympathetic and supportive about my carpet beetle issue. She had booked me for a next day appointment with Michael Coombes,…
Michael Coombes is absolutely the man. Extremely thoughtful and listens to all of our annoying questions. He also responded in such an informative way to really help us understand the crux of the issues. The work he did was swift and helped assured my partner and I that the solution would fix our problem. Highly highly recommend Michael especially.
We've had Eastside for about 5 years now and it's been a bit of "ups and downs", but honestly, for a business like this - contractor that comes out every 3 or so months - they really haven't been too bad vs. other guys on revolving contracts that we've hired. They have had periods of heavy staff turnover, but their…
Great experience for my initial visit. Michael Coombes arrived on time, was super thorough in providing explanations as to what is going on with this ant influx, and quickly did his work around the house. He also noticed a few areas I’d missed. I feel a peace of mind after his visit and am very happy I set up a quarterly plan.
Nathan was great. Super friendly and diligent!
Eastside Exterminators always does a thorough job of eliminating rodents, insects, arachnids, and other pests and clearing cobwebs in the eves on their bi-monthly visits. New tech Cody was great, very polite and knowledgeable. Always texts first, as we requested and does a great job.
