Very personable and professional. Did his job. My only concern is that when the technicians spray under the eaves of the house for wasps and hornets, we get overspray onto the front windows. Even with window washing services, the spots are not able to be removed. I will ask again to no longer spray that area.

We also have the peace of mind of a 30 day warranty if the two nest are still active! We should know within four or five days if the treatment worked.
