Very knowledgeable and efficient!
Great service! Brad worked for an hour and a half spraying inside and out for ants. He inspected my crawl space for rodents and put down a few traps just in case some should venture in. I know I will need to follow up with the ants but I’m very pleased with the service today.
When Kaden arrived he came to the door to let me know he had arrived and to ask if we had any concerns that needed to be addressed, the he went to work treating our property!! Great Job Kaden Thanks
Dylan was very clear and communicative regarding our needed services and was respectful of our property and time. Thank you Dylan.
Michael Coombes was our great technition. Always checks in with me.
I used to use Parker Eco before they were bought by Eastside Exterminators. The transition has been disappointing to say the least. Booking an appointment was much harder (seriously, take the online booking system from the company you bought). Once I got an appt scheduled they cancelled it an hour before arrival.…
Prompt, thorough and knowledgeable service by Darius
On time and efficient.
Anthony from Eastside Exterminators was thoughtful, friendly and worked quickly today at our regular service!
Have used Eastside Exterminators now for several years and pleased with their regular service in eliminating pests: spiders, stink bugs etc. Jayden does a thorough job and I appreciated that he returned after regular service at no additional charge to eliminate some additional pests. I have had other competitive…
Excellent service. Darius was awesome. On time, thorough and super communicative.
Peter is very knowledgeable, responsive to concerns and very nice to talk with.
Very personable and professional. Did his job. My only concern is that when the technicians spray under the eaves of the house for wasps and hornets, we get overspray onto the front windows. Even with window washing services, the spots are not able to be removed. I will ask again to no longer spray that area.
Michael is the man! Super friendly, professional, and informative Look forward to meeting the rest of the crew. I was way in over my head about a rodent, spider, ant problem and Michael put my mind at ease. Money well spent for peace of mind, highly recommend!
Best in the business. The ongoing motion sensor coverage gives us so much peace of mind. Worth every penny.
Dylan is the best pest exterminator that I have seen and I have been using other companies for years I am now satisfied completely

Brad was awesome! He was scheduled to be at my house in the late afternoon (which wasn't ideal for me, but I took the appointment because I needed the service), but he called me around 11 and asked if he could make me my next stop. The company is great, but our service tech is the best. Kevin has been out standing for the over 4 years of our service. Having the same service tech for a number of years says something important about the company, but also says a lot about Kevin. We appreciate his friendly service, knowledgeable service, and…
They are professional and show up when they say. The problem we had were spiders, and our spider problem remained the same as it was with home depot insecticide, so it wasn't worth the cost.

I am beyond thrilled to have Eastside Exterminators! I recently purchased a new house on some wetland, and I’ve had some unwelcomed friends (fury intruders) that have been in my house!!! Today Robert from EE came out and further identified/found/targeted/cleaned-up some of those unwelcome friends! He set up sensory…

I write this review to extol the virtues of Alex Moser of Eastside Exterminators, a most excellent exterminator company, who has rid my household of the foul spiders that had taken up residence therein. For many months, I had been plagued by these creatures, which would spin their webs in the corners of my rooms…

I have been with them for sometime now. I have asked for service to be done when I am at home 3 pm. They said they would do that. This review is as REAL as it gets. After dropping my children off at school today, I entered my home and heard excessive movement in a bag of dog food (I pet sit for my mother in law frequently, so I’m just learning that rodents are attracted to pet food) and I literally realized a rodent was in the bag, screamed,…
It has been unseasonably warm this time of year in the Seattle area, and we’ve seen several spiders outside our home that Benito at Eastside Exterminators has been very prompt to address. For several years, they’ve also made sure that we have literally zero ants inside our home (which we had before I first called…
Responsive company and thorough inspection of the house. Andrew came out on the weekend and walked us through everything he found along with the plan for future service. He was clear and concise. Overall happy with the service, although it does seem a bit pricey (only reason for 4 star). But worth the money so far.
Andrew did a great job. He explained what was done and provided me some tips how to better prevent pest. His previous insulation experience helped to better assess my cross base. We've been Eastside customers for a long time, more than ten years. They've done exclusion and pest control work for us in two homes, and they've always been professional and prompt, though sometimes we've been less than satisfied with the work ethic of the folks they send out for ongoing control as part of the…
Jay was ontime, very polite and professional. Good job Jay!
Eastside is the only pest company I will use from now on in western Washington. They are a professional small business. You will get professional pest management with little to zero hassle. After using the Big companies in the area nothing stands up to Eastside and there team. Please don’t sell the company to a Big…

Sergio should be the face of east side exterminators! He had great communication, I find myself being the one to reach out and remind them to contact me 30 minutes in advance before they come etc but Sergio no way, I didn’t have to tell him anything he called me had great phone Etiqutte, took his time and cleaned up…
