Eastside Exterminators

Our pest control technicians from East Side are great. They take care of all our pest control needs, are professional and thorough with their work. We’ve used their services for 7 years. Tell Zach our dogs said “hey! HEY!”

The company is great, but our service tech is the best. Kevin has been out standing for the over 4 years of our service. Having the same service tech for a number of years says something important about the company, but also says a lot about Kevin. We appreciate his friendly service, knowledgeable service, and…

Thank you Alex for your time and attention. I appreciate your good communication! I Have used Eastside Exterminators in my previous home as well and am impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail in all of the employees that I interacted with. This includes Amy, Tim and Skylar as well. There…

We have been working with Eastside for about a year. At first, I was reluctant to sign up for the regular service plan. But I now feel that it has been well worth it. Michael C is the tech responsible for our property. Each time he is out, he is very prompt, courteous, and does a great job explaining what he…

Attentive and responsive to inquiries. Very professional and friendly.

Alex is allways polite and professional and addresses my needs/concerns.

Was very happy with Andrew's work in our house to help us rid our house of ants, bees, and spiders. Gave us some great suggestions too for keeping the pests away.

When hiring someone to work on your house you want them to respect your home. Alex when above and beyond to do so. He was informative, relatable, timely, and respectful. It truly felt like we just had a friend come over to help us. We will definitely be using east side exterminators again, because of Alex.

Alex was great! Professional, informative, and respectful. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the different bugs around the property. He took care of spiders and yellowjackets.

Had a serious issue with bumblebees… couldn’t get out to the yard without fear of bees getting in. Tried relocation, but didn’t work for us. Neighbors use Eastside and I called and rep, was very helpful. They came out and did a complete bee and other pest inspection. Andrew Wilson was extremely knowledgeable and…

Andrew was courteous, friendly and very professional! He not only explained what he was going to do but also gave helpful hints and advice. He was friendly with my pets and concerned for their well being, making sure I kept them inside while he was treating the premises, and advising to keep them in for a certain…

Patch was very professional and friendly - took the time to thoroughly explain their services and their processes. I was referred to Eastside and I’m so happy I called them!

We do monthly pest control at our home with Andrew from Eastside Exterminators. We’ve used two other companies in the past and they don’t hold a candle to this company or Andrew in terms of excellent service, communication, or quality. We couldn’t be happier with their services!

Andrew was so pleasant and did a great job on what he was going to do. Thank you 😊

Lucinda is very professional and do a good job. Thanks for your help ☺️

I had a great experience with Eastside Exterminators. I called on Tuesday. 8/24 for assistance with a spider problem and they sent someone out next day. Patch Ryan called when he was on his way and arrived right when I expected him. Patch did a great job explaining what he was going to do, asked if I had any…

They helped remove a wasp nest. Bruce was very helpful and professional.

Patch was our serviceman. He was awesome! He called prior to arrival. Once here he listened to all my concerns then did a thorough inspection of our property before the treatment for our ant problem. Then when finished he encouraged us to call if we any concerns before our next treatment. I feel like we were in…

Andrew was great! He came out and explained everything thoroughly and was prompt with the service. Thanks for your help!

Andrew did a great job, explained the process for getting rid of the bees very clearly and efficiently

Eastside is the best at what they do! Everyone I have worked with has not only done a great job but also had wonderful customer service. Alex included! He does our pest service appointments and always listens to our concerns and addresses the issues head on. Thanks Alex and the Eastside team!

Andrew rocks is always professional, on time and a pleasure to work with.

Andrew showed up right on time and talked me through everything that he was going to do. The inspection he conducted was thorough and the report he handed me was detailed. It included issues I was aware of, some new, and some suggestions for overall hone health. Andrew was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.…

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly- thank you

Our Service Manager Andrew Wilson was on time, very kind, trusting, knowledgeable, very thorough on explaining all his work to be done around our house & had all my questions answered. Looking forward to seeing great results with Eastside Exterminators. Thank you Andrew!!!!

Patch and his teammate (I apologize but forgot his name!) were amazing and very knowledgeable. They immediately knew what type of bee we had going into our shingle siding (carpenter bees) and worked with us to find a solution that didn’t harm the bees since they are pollinators. They walked the perimeter of our home…

While on vacation we received a call from Lucinda. She asked if we had anything specific before servicing our home. I asked her to spray for bees. She said she would and avoid where our goats were. Puzzled I asked where the goats were only to learn they were out of their pen and on our front porch. I told her…

I’ve been using Eastside Exterminator for a number of years with tremendous satisfaction! Whenever an issue pops up I call on my Technician Andrew who promptly responds and works us into his schedule. I highly recommend these guys.

Our technician, Alex, is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He answers all of my dumb scary bug questions without hesitation and always is very informational and tells me exactly what he’s going to be doing

Great service. Technician was very knowledgeable and has done a great job. Will definitely use the service again

Eastside Exterminators provide great value, were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and upfront about costs and services. Everything you could want to keep your home safe from insects and more. Definitely recommend.

We are very happy with all the services Eastside Exterminators has provided us for each of our properties ... and our technician, Kevin, is just "the best ever" to work with.

Andrew periodically dors pest control around the outside of our house. He’s very professional and efficient. Whenever we have questions he gives understandable and satisfying answers.

We’ve used Eastside Exterminators for a few years after they were the only ones with enough staffing to help us with an immediate pest problem in our new home. Brad has been our tech for awhile now, and we appreciate his attentiveness, clear communication and professionalism in inspecting and treating our property.

Alex was very knowledgeable and gave exceptional service, even calling out an issue he found in the crawl space. Thanks Alex!

I have been using Eastside Exterminator's services for many years, and I am fully satisfied by the quality and value of their work. They provide a routine schedule of maintenance at my residence, and I have not had any issues since they began this service. The team is reliable, responsive, and friendly. I never have…

Awesome service and Alex is awesome, takes care of any issues quickly. Extremely knowledgeable!

We've used Eastside Exterminators for the four years we've been in our home and could not be happier with the service. Our control technician, Alex, communicates when he arrives, or if there are any schedule delays/changes, once he's done with the service, and what he found in the inspection once completed. We…

Eastside has been easy to work with and our technician, Alex has been great. He's on time, Professional, engaging and always addresses any concerns we might have. We've had to ask him to come out a couple of times in between regular service visits to address issues and he's always been prompt and willing. I think I…

Eastside Exterminators has serviced our house for many years! Any time we have needed them to inspect something further they have done so promptly, and their quarterly service helps take care of bugs and pests year round! I would highly recommend!
