I write this review to extol the virtues of Alex Moser of Eastside Exterminators, a most excellent exterminator company, who has rid my household of the foul spiders that had taken up residence therein. Also…

It has been unseasonably warm this time of year in the Seattle area, and we’ve seen several spiders outside our home that Benito at Eastside Exterminators has been very prompt to address. For several years, they’ve also made sure that we have literally zero ants inside our home (which we had before I first called…
We are so happy with Eastside Exterminators. We initially hired them to install a rat slab in our crawlspace. When rodents found other ways to get in, we hired Eastside for additional exclusion work and for their bimonthly pest control service. They have been extremely thorough during every engagement, and we feel…
Responsive company and thorough inspection of the house. Andrew came out on the weekend and walked us through everything he found along with the plan for future service. He was clear and concise. Overall happy with the service, although it does seem a bit pricey (only reason for 4 star). But worth the money so far.
Prompt and courteous service. Andrew Wilson was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. Great customer service!

We have been long-time clients of Eastside, and have been generally satisfied with the service. However, that changed when Benito came to assess/remove hornets. WOW! Benito went above and beyond, sharing cool facts about these hornets, showing the kids the inside of the hive and even safely comparing this hornet to…
We've been Eastside customers for a long time, more than ten years. Jay was ontime, very polite and professional. Good job Jay!
Eastside is the only pest company I will use from now on in western Washington. They are a professional small business. You will get professional pest management with little to zero hassle. After using the Big companies in the area nothing stands up to Eastside and there team. Please don’t sell the company to a Big…

I cannot thank Brad enough for taking care of 2 different wasp nests that other company couldn’t (or said they did but nothing was really done). One of the locations was a very tough area for him to reach (right below the roof inside the ventilation hole which is located about 3 stories up high) but Brad stayed more…
What a great experience! Dylan was on time, very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. While it’s too early to say how the treatment worked on the insect issue being that it hasn’t even been 24 hrs, I’m hopeful and plan to have bimonthly treatments.

Nolan did a great job
Had a serious issue with bumblebees… couldn’t get out to the yard without fear of bees getting in. Tried relocation, but didn’t work for us. Neighbors use Eastside and I called and rep, was very helpful. They came out and did a complete bee and other pest inspection. Andrew Wilson was extremely knowledgeable and…
Bruce came by and was very efficient and professional.
Brad is friendly and easy to work with. I am happy with their service so far.
Andrew did a wonderful job inspecting, treating both outside and inside of the house, making recommendations, and answering all our questions. Outstanding service overall. Thank you, Andrew!
Brad Seder, the pest control technician, was very professional and personable. He is very knowledgeable about pests common to the Northwest.
Andrew was courteous, friendly and very professional! He not only explained what he was going to do but also gave helpful hints and advice. He was friendly with my pets and concerned for their well being, making sure I kept them inside while he was treating the premises, and advising to keep them in for a certain…
Patch was very professional and friendly - took the time to thoroughly explain their services and their processes. I was referred to Eastside and I’m so happy I called them!
Was very impressed to have a technician sent the same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and so kind. Feel very confident my creepy crawlies have been taken care of.
Great service, Bruce and Gage were on time, knowledgeable, and addressed our issue. They did a thorough inspection and got the lay-the-land to make sure nothing else needed to be addressed...which it didn't. They spotted a hole in our bug screening under an eave which is likely how the stink bugs were getting into…
We’ve used Eastside Exterminators for five years and highly recommend them to keep an eye on rodents and bugs. All this time we’ve been lucky to have Jack Plankenhorn as our technician. We have been with Eastside exterminators since 2019 and we are always pleased with our service. Andrew has been amazing, he is friendly, professional, and super helpful in addressing any of our concerns. Excellent service!
We do monthly pest control at our home with Andrew from Eastside Exterminators. We’ve used two other companies in the past and they don’t hold a candle to this company or Andrew in terms of excellent service, communication, or quality. We couldn’t be happier with their services!
Andrew has been very responsive, helpful in explaining issues with ants, and working to exterminate them. We really appreciate his “can do” attitude and his short notice service!
We live in a wooded area. Rodents are common and expected… but not in our home. Nathan and other Eastside Extermination inspectors are consistently thorough, dependable, and most valuably EFFECTIVE. We believe we are getting the service we pay for and more. Nathan calls when he is on his way, tells us exactly what…
Andrew was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, listened to our plight of an ongoing battling with ants and then did his inspection. He agreed we had done all we could but it was definitely time for an expert to take them on. All of his advice and recommendations made the most sense. Signed up for…

Andrew was very professional with his inspection and through with his workmanship
Overall the technician did well, but he did not discuss with me bringing the bait traps inside my fence line where my pets could get into it and either die or get very very ill! I moved it back outside my fence line.
Walt was friendly and very professional. He took the time to educate us about ants, and the products that they use to control them. I look forward to seeing him again in two months.

Patch and his teammate (I apologize but forgot his name!) were amazing and very knowledgeable. While on vacation we received a call from Lucinda. She asked if we had anything specific before servicing our home. I asked her to spray for bees. She said she would and avoid where our goats were.
