Five star for Eric. Good work! Nice guy 👍Hopefully, the chemical spray will take care of the yellow jackets 🤞
They came quickly, explained what the issues were and what needed to be done, did it quickly and scheduled a follow up. The person who came (Zach) was very pleasant and helpful.
Punctual, efficient, friendly and neat. Great combo!
Xavier was super professional and found another nest we didn’t know about. Would recommend him to anyone.
Very knowledgeable and efficient!
Super friendly and definitely knows his stuff.
Dylan did a great job quickly and courteously and was great with our friendly but pesky dog.
SO GRATEFUL! AMAZING team, every one of them was extremely respectful of us and our home as well as empathetic to what we were going through. We had a particularly smart rat living inside my mom’s house & called EE. They were there for every call, every sighting on the same day most of the time! On the day we…
I had a yellow jacket nest in my gutter outside, that went into the wall of my master bedroom. The yellow jackets ended up actually coming through the wall into the bedroom, filling it with yellow jackets. Kaden came over from Eastside Exterminators with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor. He was…
Mike Coombes is a great employee for E EX. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He made the experience pleasant.
This summer, my home experienced a persistent wasp infestation that greatly concerned me. While we weren't able to locate the direct source of the wasps, Jay and Tanner were very polite, gave great insights to my questions, and worked to develop a solution that dealt with the problem effectively. This is my second…
Dana of Eastside Exterminators has been coming faithfully to my home for years (before I even owned it). He is courteous, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. He’s like that friendly neighbor that everyone wishes they had!
Fast, calm, and confident! Thank you
Aaron’s awesome
Dana arrived promptly and treated a yellow jacket nest on our back porch area. It was completely successful and we are very happy and highly recommend Dana and his work.
Tanner is always great!
Aaron was very professional and extremely prompt in responding to my request to have a wasps nest sprayed in my back yard. Kelly helped set everything up and had Aaron scheduled to deal with the nest in less than two hours from the time I initially called, which was very appreciated since it was a Friday morning.…
Very nice, took the time to explain about the wasps etc... Then he found a yellow jackets nest that I didn't even know was out there, plus a few other wasp nests that I missed. From the office people to the person actually spraying the wasps, very nice, professional and thorough. Dylan was great !
Andrew Wilson was a great help!
Jay was very polite & respectful of our property. He answered all of our questions and shared info on some other pests we had show up while he was treating the house. He did a thorough inspection of the outside areas for more nests.
I had an emergent issue with yellow jackets right at my back door. My daughter gave me their phone number she has used them and recommended them, So I called Eastside Exterminators they were quick to respond and fit me in. And they sent out a very helpful and informative young man Kaden he came early the very next…
Brad came promptly to our house at time scheduled. Seemed unaware he was dealing with bee issue. Clearly communicated treatment and treatment plan.
Brad did a great job. Let me know before arriving and informed me of his results. He was friendly and most importantly he was familiar with my pest history and needs.
Very personable and professional. Did his job. My only concern is that when the technicians spray under the eaves of the house for wasps and hornets, we get overspray onto the front windows. Even with window washing services, the spots are not able to be removed. I will ask again to no longer spray that area.
Very pleasant to work with and performed the job in a very professional manner.
Prompt, professional, explained everything very well and very nice young man
Dylan is the best pest exterminator that I have seen and I have been using other companies for years I am now satisfied completely

I was scheduled for Tuesday but received a call from Mike Coombes on Saturday. He had a cancellation & could take care of my issue then. He was very professional. He kept me informed on everything before, during & after. Very knowledgeable young man. If I need anything else, I will request that he comes back. Great job!
On time. Friendly. Respectful of property. Expksined everything he was going to do. Efficient!
Michael Coombes has taken very good care of my home for a couple of years now, don’t think I’ll go anywhere else.
Tanner applied several applications for the yellow jackets nest. I was informed by Tanner with each step taken. I let Tanner know that the Xfinity worker is allergic to bees, and this is the area where the work needs to be performed. He felt a follow up check would be required Tuesday before Xfinity returns on…
Thanks Dylan!!! I feel proud for “winning” biggest best of the season and am very grateful for your help in making sure it is all the way gone!
A few years ago we had a problem no one ever wants to have: rats got into our attic. It was ugly up there, the insulation was contaminated at my own effort at eradication was futile. I tried a cheap pest control contractor who started but never finished. Finally, I contacted Eastside Exterminators for help. First,…

Called ahead of arrival.. earlier than scheduled. Work was quick efficient and he even noticed a second nest over the front door! Thank you! Would highly recommend the service! We also have the peace of mind of a 30 day warranty if the two nest are still active! We should know within four or five days if the treatment worked.
Friendly exterminator. Explained what he was doing and checked to see if I needed anything else.
Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. When I called she was very polite friendly and was able to have someone come out the same day. Thank you so much for an all around good experience.
What a nice guy! Learned more in his visit than any other company. Had used EcoShield and ended up letting them go for bait and switch. Dana took the time to educate me and not talk over me with all my questions.
Robert was prompt, polite and thorough. I appreciated his explanation of what he did around the house and how he remedied our issues.
Highly recommend Dana and Eastside Exterminators. Communication was excellent. Dana explained everything about the yellow jacket invasion. He handled it swiftly and professionally. I want to give a shout out to James in the office who was very helpful also! A+++ for the team !

We recently had a hornet issue in the cup de sac that was really scary for all the kids. Eastside Exterminators was able to come out the next day and take care of it. They gave us all peace of mind feeling much more safe for all the kiddos.
We had such a positive experience with Eastside Exterminators. Talking to Bailey at the front office who is the best listener with such positive energy. Then moving on to Richard because we had a mishap on our part. We failed to read the contract explaining we have a 30 day period in which they will return for no…
Michael was great, professional and patient.
Absolutely horrible company and horrendous customer service. We used this company for over 4 years for general pest control, both inside and outside of our home. We called Eastside Exterminators because of a large hornets nest inside our wall that we were not able to eradicate with products from Home Depot. Andrew came out and took care of the hornets right away with a product not available thru retailers. So far we have only seen 1 hornet since the treatment. Job well done.
Patch was very knowledgeable and thorough with the removal of a yellow jacket nest in our roof. I'd highly recommend Eastside Exterminators to anyone.

Alex did a great job explaining how most of the bees should be gone in a few days but in 2 weeks we may see some for a few days because some may be emerging that weren’t exposed initially. I really appreciate the information so I know what to expect. Alex was really nice and helpful. Thanks for coming over so quickly
Our technician (Alex M.) was fantastic and he quickly took care an issue we had with a hornet nest.
I have been planning a party for a Sunday for months! Well Thursday we noticed several yellow jackets buzzing around the deck! Eddy was very professional and on time . Took his time in taking care of our beehive issue as well as a thorough spray around the home and checking both attic and crawl spaces . Excellent job!
Bruce Madrid was friendly and intuitively experienced about bees. After working on the wall hole we reported, Bruce located a 2nd bee entry (with a larger bee population) that we never noticed. As bonus, Bruce aligned our garbage bins (garbage day) before leaving. What a gentleman!
Andrew got here and went right to it after a brief explanation from me about my issues. He discovered quite a few more hives that I had no idea about. Thank goodness he knew where to look. I wasn't expecting a same day service however was pleasantly surprised when it happened. I would double highly recommend them for your wasp & bee services.

I am so appreciative of this company and their work! We had originally contacted a different company and they canceled on us at the last minute. Andrew Wilson arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable about the problem and he answered yo all my work. He quickly identified where the issue was and solved it immediately.
Dylan was great! He was thorough, answered all questions, was professional and personable. It was like working with a family friend, rather than a service provider. It's great to know that Eastside is such a quality company, as many of their people have been there for years. Plus our previous contact is still there…

These guys are great. Alex and his team are very knowledgeable, always professional and always a pleasure to work with.
I am beyond thrilled to have Eastside Exterminators! I recently purchased a new house on some wetland, and I’ve had some unwelcomed friends (fury intruders) that have been in my house!!! Today Robert from EE came out and further identified/found/targeted/cleaned-up some of those unwelcome friends! He set up sensory…

If you want friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service, ask for Ryan! He took care of a yellow jacket nest that had suddenly appeared above our front door with ease, all while being very respectful and gracious. Will definitely use this company again should I require an exterminator.
Just a big scam. I used Eastside exterminators on multiple properties. I thought they were very capable and had a good program going at first. They told me to suspend the system when I no longer seen the pest problems and to give them a call back if the pest problems returned. Well when you call them back to say…
First rate in all aspects of home animal and insect pest protection services. From my initial request for help terminating a wasp nest in the ground, my request for services has grown to include a full home inspection where I was shown the openings in roof, roof attic, home and crawl space where critters have been…
I have been with them for sometime now. I have asked for service to be done when I am at home 3 pm. They said they would do that. They have only come before that time and I have yet to ever seem them here. The bate traps for the mice go emply after a month. When I call they only up the service day. They said…
Alex was wonderful! Very professional, very informative and took the time to explore possible insect places in my home as well as explain why the infestation was happening. If you are looking for quick, quality pest control service, at a reasonable price, look no further. Benito showed up right on schedule, and took the time explain the treatment. He was courteous and professional and I highly recommend this company.
Fit us in last minute, super professional, and Gage was so friendly and did a wonderful job!
It has been unseasonably warm this time of year in the Seattle area, and we’ve seen several spiders outside our home that Benito at Eastside Exterminators has been very prompt to address. For several years, they’ve also made sure that we have literally zero ants inside our home (which we had before I first called…
Responsive company and thorough inspection of the house. Andrew came out on the weekend and walked us through everything he found along with the plan for future service. He was clear and concise. Overall happy with the service, although it does seem a bit pricey (only reason for 4 star). But worth the money so far.
Andrew did a great job. He explained what was done and provided me some tips how to better prevent pest. His previous insulation experience helped to better assess my cross base. He also removed a hornet nest in this visit. Overall, he was professional in both service and knowledge. My family is very happy with his service. 👍
Andrew Wilson is an amazing vendor! We’re a 2-person WFH household and he was quick and discreet while doing everything necessary. He proactively informed us of pet safety issues and paid close attention to trouble spots. He even made sure to close access doors and turn off lights behind him!
We have been long-time clients of Eastside, and have been generally satisfied with the service. However, that changed when Benito came to assess/remove hornets. WOW! Benito went above and beyond, sharing cool facts about these hornets, showing the kids the inside of the hive and even safely comparing this hornet to…
We've been Eastside customers for a long time, more than ten years. They've done exclusion and pest control work for us in two homes, and they've always been professional and prompt, though sometimes we've been less than satisfied with the work ethic of the folks they send out for ongoing control as part of the…
Eastside is the only pest company I will use from now on in western Washington. They are a professional small business. You will get professional pest management with little to zero hassle. After using the Big companies in the area nothing stands up to Eastside and there team. Please don’t sell the company to a Big…
Andrew from Eastside Exterminators was amazing, professional and did an outstanding job clearing yellow jackets mests from my property!! Thank you Andrew!!!

I called around and compared three services and I am so glad I picked Eastside Exterminators. Patch was amazing. Knowledgeable, nice, and did a thorough job treating the wasp nest in the yard and the spiders around the house. Great service at an affordable price.
Patch has been to my home twice over the past two weeks. He quickly exterminated a large yellow jacket nest near my front door and today (in just one day notice) arrived to dispatch a very large hanging hornets nest. He was in and out in 15 minutes. We can’t say enough good things about Patch and Eastside.…

Benito, the guy who performed our wasp nests extermination (yes, we had multiple nests) was very polite and detailed oriented - he answered all my questions, reassured me that he will be back if the wasps try to build their nests again (with no additional charge) and he removed a nasty wasp nest that was very high…
Great service! Andrew was on time, professional, friendly and very thorough. He explained everything he found and everything he did. Eastside Exterminators is a great company. They were able to quickly schedule me when I called and I will continue to use them for my pest control.
I wanted to commend Patch for his service at our home. He was extremely professional in explaining the service and answering questions regarding the treatment. Patch made sure to ask all the right questions prior to starting the service, garden's not to treat, pets in the home, any concerns I have. From booking to service 5 stars!!
Alex was FANTASTIC. He explained everything that he'd be doing, and why it worked. We learned so much about yellow jackets, and it was actually really fun watching him take down the nest. We learned so much about various pests. We'll definitely be recommending this company, and Alex specifically, if possible, to anyone we know who has a pest issue.
I cannot thank Brad enough for taking care of 2 different wasp nests that other company couldn’t (or said they did but nothing was really done). One of the locations was a very tough area for him to reach (right below the roof inside the ventilation hole which is located about 3 stories up high) but Brad stayed more…
Andrew did a professional job. I was told to wait a week for any yellow jacket activity. He said he would come back as many times as it takes if needed.
Andrew, who was my inspector guy for my area was awesome, communicated well throughout the visit as well as before arriving, was very through, was respectful of my property and pets, was very professional and very friendly and listened and addressed all of my concerns. Couldn't be happier with my choice in pest…
I was able to schedule a visit the day after I called to report the wasp nest. Benito arrived exactly when he said he would and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and then promptly removed the nest and addressed all of our concerns. 5/5!
I called Eastside Exterminators based on my neighbors suggestion and they’ll be my go to exterminator from now on. I had a wasp nest living behind my patio light and my personal extermination efforts were failing - I wanted a company who wouldn’t pressure me into booking an ongoing service, and I found that here…
I called on a Saturday about a wasp nest in the wall of our home. We had a technician (Andrew) out Monday! He called when he was on his way. Courteous and professional the entire time. Gave me his card and introduced himself (unlike the guy from another company who installed our water heater....I had to ask him…
Fantastic Company. Benito was excellent. Highly recommend and will use them again! Thanks!
Andrew was great! Explained everything very well!
Alex was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He wore booties to protect our carpet from dirt. Thank you, Alex!
