Professional, inspected home crawl space and handled rodent issue quickly.
Nicklas is friendly, very informative and his and east side’s services have kept my home pest free!
Zach was informative, professional and very kind!
With just a week left to close on the sale of our house, our buyer's inspection turned up an unexpected rodent infestation! The mice moved in after we moved out, as the house had been sitting empty for a while. Eastside jumped on it quick as lightning, and saved our real estate transaction with a few days to spare.…
We’ve been a customer of Eastside Exterminator for several years and they have been an excellent company to work with. Dana Jensen is great! He is efficient and professional. He provides very detailed analysis of our ongoing extermination strategy and takes the time to answer any questions, and to explain the steps of our progress.
We trust Kaden and who does a fantastic job of taking care of our property from rodents.
Awesome service! Liam always does the job with no fuss. I can 100% depend on him.

When Kaden arrived he came to the door to let me know he had arrived and to ask if we had any concerns that needed to be addressed, the he went to work treating our property!! Great Job Kaden Thanks
SO GRATEFUL! AMAZING team, every one of them was extremely respectful of us and our home as well as empathetic to what we were going through. We had a particularly smart rat living inside my mom’s house & called EE. They were there for every call, every sighting on the same day most of the time! On the day we…
Great service, friendly staff, what more could you ask for?
Dylan was very clear and communicative regarding our needed services and was respectful of our property and time. Thank you Dylan.
Mike Coombes is a great employee for E EX. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He made the experience pleasant.
Dana came out today to service our home. He was a great communicator and just a nice guy. He checked everything out and reported back to me with a verbal on his findings. Very pleased with his service and I would give him more than a five star rating if I could.
After discovering some rodents had found their way into our home during the holiday season, we turned to Eastside Exterminators for help. They were prompt with a reply and had someone at our house within days to start the process of cleaning up and protecting our home. Not only did they show us how and where the…

Thank you Jayden!
Peter is very knowledgeable, responsive to concerns and very nice to talk with.
Just started rat control services with Eastside after getting neighbor referrals and hearing from family in Redmond that uses them too. First service call was really prompt, Michael Coombes came and set traps and bait stations around the property, answered all my questions and was very polite and thoughtful.…
Marrs is very thorough in servicing our home, and she was willing to accommodate my requests.
There were six different technicians that worked on our extermination project, which was a multi-faceted one, each in a different capacity. They were all punctual, polite, and professional. I am so grateful to them and their dedication to their work. It is hard, dirty work and they were great! We left our home for a…
Very personable and professional. Did his job. My only concern is that when the technicians spray under the eaves of the house for wasps and hornets, we get overspray onto the front windows. Even with window washing services, the spots are not able to be removed. I will ask again to no longer spray that area.
Dylan was friendly, super helpful, clear, professional and it was a pleasure having him help us with our first visit with EE.
Michael Coombes did a great job. I appreciated that he did a granular treatment after spraying for ants and noticing a lot of activity. Very happy with the service I received today.
Michael is the man! Super friendly, professional, and informative Look forward to meeting the rest of the crew. I was way in over my head about a rodent, spider, ant problem and Michael put my mind at ease. Money well spent for peace of mind, highly recommend!
Best in the business. The ongoing motion sensor coverage gives us so much peace of mind. Worth every penny.
Dylan is the best pest exterminator that I have seen and I have been using other companies for years I am now satisfied completely
First appointment. All went well. Hoping for results.
We recently hired Eastside Exterminators to do an abatement at our house. Michael Coombes came out to do a followup visit, check the traps, and report on any new activity. Michael was timely, cordial, and professional. We continue to be very happy with our service!
Good communication on our initial visit from the technician, Michael Coombes. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Michael Coombes, the tech was very informative, understood my problem & offered best solution, was very quick & efficient
Friendly, responsive and professional. Great service .
They did a good job with the exclusion, however, if you do agree to do their monthly pest control they will ties the warranty of the exclusion to the monthly service agreement. This was not discussed with me when I signed up for the monthly service agreement. I feel that this is them scamming their customers. I’m very disappointed.
Jay is communicative, thorough, and he always has a positive attitude.
We have a rodent situation caused by food stored in the garage. We contacted this company on a Saturday, and they were able to come out the following Tuesday, which we appreciated. They also mentioned the $199 inspection fee would be waived if we moved forward with their services. Things became awkward after the…

Great experience for my initial visit. Michael Coombes arrived on time, was super thorough in providing explanations as to what is going on with this ant influx, and quickly did his work around the house. He also noticed a few areas I’d missed. I feel a peace of mind after his visit and am very happy I set up a quarterly plan.

Always very pleasant

We used Eastside initially to install insulation and had a good experience. A year later we had a rodent and ant problem in another part of the house- so now we use them for rodents and ants. All of the service guys we’ve dealt with have been kind and helpful— and especially Michael Coombes! Would recommend.
Jay is always very nice, knowledgeable, has a good attitude and is on time. He comes once every two months and the price for the service is almost the same as the price I had with the previous company.
Michael Coombes was very helpful
Michael Coombes was fantastic! He was friendly and positive . I would be happy to have him be our regular technician.
Hiring Eastside Exterminators to replace our insulation turned out to be a great experience! Michael and Sal arrived earlier than scheduled time and got the job done in a very professional way. We really enjoyed their courteous, detailed and reliable service. Highly recommended!
A few years ago we had a problem no one ever wants to have: rats got into our attic. It was ugly up there, the insulation was contaminated at my own effort at eradication was futile. The pest control game is rife with companies duping you into regular service, big contracts etc Eastside sends these guys who actually love their work and know pest behavior really well. First rate in all aspects of home animal and insect pest protection services. From my initial request for help terminating a wasp nest in the ground, my request for services has grown to include a full home inspection where I was shown the openings in roof, roof attic, home and crawl space where critters have been…
I have been with them for sometime now. I have asked for service to be done when I am at home 3 pm. They said they would do that. This review is as REAL as it gets. After dropping my children off at school today, I entered my home and heard excessive movement in a bag of dog food (I pet sit for my mother in law frequently, so I’m just learning that rodents are attracted to pet food) and I literally realized a rodent was in the bag, screamed,…
We are so happy with Eastside Exterminators. We initially hired them to install a rat slab in our crawlspace. When rodents found other ways to get in, we hired Eastside for additional exclusion work and for their bimonthly pest control service. They have been extremely thorough during every engagement, and we feel…
Responsive company and thorough inspection of the house. Andrew came out on the weekend and walked us through everything he found along with the plan for future service. He was clear and concise. Overall happy with the service, although it does seem a bit pricey (only reason for 4 star). But worth the money so far.
Andrew did a great job. He explained what was done and provided me some tips how to better prevent pest. His previous insulation experience helped to better assess my cross base. He also removed a hornet nest in this visit. Overall, he was professional in both service and knowledge. My family is very happy with his service. 👍
Andrew Wilson is an amazing vendor! We’re a 2-person WFH household and he was quick and discreet while doing everything necessary. He proactively informed us of pet safety issues and paid close attention to trouble spots. He even made sure to close access doors and turn off lights behind him!
We have been long-time clients of Eastside, and have been generally satisfied with the service. However, that changed when Benito came to assess/remove hornets. WOW! Benito went above and beyond, sharing cool facts about these hornets, showing the kids the inside of the hive and even safely comparing this hornet to…
Eastside is the only pest company I will use from now on in western Washington. They are a professional small business. You will get professional pest management with little to zero hassle. After using the Big companies in the area nothing stands up to Eastside and there team. Please don’t sell the company to a Big…

Andrew was on time, friendly, explained what he can do. We walked around the property and I pointed out where I had seen rats. He suggested he would put out 4 bait boxes then Andrew would sweep all spider webs and spray the house perimeter with bug spray to determine insects from the property. He explained how…
Alex M. was great! An appointment was scheduled the same day I called. He walked us through what was done and put our minds at ease! Thank you so much!
My appointment was easily scheduled via text for the following morning with a time slot of 8am-noon. Ryan arrived promptly at 8 am and was prepared to install the rodent traps I needed. He didn’t upsell me or speak down to me. I felt comfortable asking him all my questions. He made recommendations for my yard that…
Benito and the entire team are always so responsive and helpful! We have gotten exemplary service from them for many years. I highly recommend them!
Be careful. We had an inspection which didn't lead to a problem, so we ended up only having to pay a consultation. However, over a month later they randomly charged our credit card over $4k and provided no explanation. It took 4+ days to get our money back and they treated us like we were lying before eventually…
Great service! Great staff! We've been really happy with EE. Thanks, Benito, for addressing our critter and insect issues, and giving us peace of mind. Much appreciated!
I love this company! Every time I have used them, they are responsive and professional. Alex especially is a star! He remembered us after not being here for two years - that kind of personal touch goes a long way. Highly recommended.

I have been with Eastside Exterminators nearly 4 years now. I am not one to write reviews, but now is time. In these days where service quality is in the tank, I find EASTSIDE is exact opposite. Amy from the company comes to my house. She is professional and thorough. I feel very comfortable to have her around my house working. She explains to exactly what she sees and the treatments used. Thank you Amy!
Tim was hired to exterminate rodents in our rental home’s kitchen. Not being a fan of rodents…I was obviously a little freaked out and had a lot of questions. Andrew was great! Explained everything very well!
Andrew was courteous, friendly and very professional! He not only explained what he was going to do but also gave helpful hints and advice. We’ve used Eastside Exterminators for five years and highly recommend them to keep an eye on rodents and bugs. All this time we’ve been lucky to have Jack Plankenhorn as our technician. We live in a wooded area. Rodents are common and expected… but not in our home. Nathan and other Eastside Extermination inspectors are consistently thorough, dependable, and most valuably EFFECTIVE. Andrew was really great to work with, only good things to say about your company in general!
Brad did a great job today and took extra time to inspect the crawl space.
Our technician Andrew was great! Came on time, very knowledgeable, efficient, and did it all with a smile! This is the second time we have used Eastside Exterminators and are still very happy with their company and technicians.
Andrew was so pleasant and did a great job on what he was going to do. Thank you 😊
Stay away!! I called them to help with possible rodents going into the house from the vents. They came up with an extensive list of what they’re going to patch, and marketed their work as very professional. To my surprise, they ended up stapling mesh all over the house in a very messy way and billed me 10k for it!!!…
Very knowledgeable, responsive and professional service!
