Very personable and professional. Did his job. My only concern is that when the technicians spray under the eaves of the house for wasps and hornets, we get overspray onto the front windows. Even with window washing services, the spots are not able to be removed. I will ask again to no longer spray that area.

Dana was really great at helping us with the Stink Bug infestation we had in the house. He sprayed the air vents where they were infiltrating the house and gave us some advice on how to keep them from reentering. He also performed the regular bimonthly rodent bait stations around the house.
