Great service! Brad worked for an hour and a half spraying inside and out for ants. He inspected my crawl space for rodents and put down a few traps just in case some should venture in. I know I will need to follow up with the ants but I’m very pleased with the service today.
When Kaden arrived he came to the door to let me know he had arrived and to ask if we had any concerns that needed to be addressed, the he went to work treating our property!! Great Job Kaden Thanks

Michael Coombes was our great technition. Always checks in with me.
I used to use Parker Eco before they were bought by Eastside Exterminators. The transition has been disappointing to say the least. Booking an appointment was much harder (seriously, take the online booking system from the company you bought). Once I got an appt scheduled they cancelled it an hour before arrival.…
Prompt, thorough and knowledgeable service by Darius

Anthony from Eastside Exterminators was thoughtful, friendly and worked quickly today at our regular service!
Have used Eastside Exterminators now for several years and pleased with their regular service in eliminating pests: spiders, stink bugs etc. Jayden does a thorough job and I appreciated that he returned after regular service at no additional charge to eliminate some additional pests. Excellent service. Darius was awesome. On time, thorough and super communicative.
Peter is very knowledgeable, responsive to concerns and very nice to talk with.
Very personable and professional. Did his job. My only concern is that when the technicians spray under the eaves of the house for wasps and hornets, we get overspray onto the front windows. Even with window washing services, the spots are not able to be removed. I will ask again to no longer spray that area.
Michael is the man! Super friendly, professional, and informative Look forward to meeting the rest of the crew. I was way in over my head about a rodent, spider, ant problem and Michael put my mind at ease. Money well spent for peace of mind, highly recommend!
Best in the business. The ongoing motion sensor coverage gives us so much peace of mind. Worth every penny.

Brad was awesome! He was scheduled to be at my house in the late afternoon (which wasn't ideal for me, but I took the appointment because I needed the service), but he called me around 11 and asked if he could make me my next stop. The company is great, but our service tech is the best. Kevin has been out standing for the over 4 years of our service. Having the same service tech for a number of years says something important about the company, but also says a lot about Kevin. We appreciate his friendly service, knowledgeable service, and…
They are professional and show up when they say. The problem we had were spiders, and our spider problem remained the same as it was with home depot insecticide, so it wasn't worth the cost.

I write this review to extol the virtues of Alex Moser of Eastside Exterminators, a most excellent exterminator company, who has rid my household of the foul spiders that had taken up residence therein. This review is as REAL as it gets. It has been unseasonably warm this time of year in the Seattle area, and we’ve seen several spiders outside our home that Benito at Eastside Exterminators has been very prompt to address. Responsive company and thorough inspection of the house. Andrew came out on the weekend and walked us through everything he found along with the plan for future service. He was clear and concise. Overall happy with the service, although it does seem a bit pricey (only reason for 4 star). But worth the money so far.

Great service, Bruce and Gage were on time, knowledgeable, and addressed our issue.
