Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He clearly explained his process and the tools he was using and was extremely thorough.
Freaked out cause I thought I found a termite and called Eastside. They were super responsive and Robert, our technician took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered any questions we had about the process. Highly recommend!
Robert was professional and knowledgeable and our issue is all but resolved!
Dylan was very professional and experienced. He explained everything to me. He was a very pleasant person. I would recommend this company to everyone! Thank you for putting my mind at ease
Alex did a great job. He came out and did a full termite inspection based off a mound found by our HVAC tech. He determined it was something much more minor and recommended a much easier, and cheaper plan. Many could have just done the work and collected the money but Alex was just an honest professional. Also…

We have been using Eastside Exterminators for over a year now and have not had a problem with spiders all year. We had concerns of a termite issue last month and Amy came over the very next day to take care of it. I appreciate Amy and how thorough and knowledgeable she is every time. Highly recommend.
Andrew was my tech and he was timely, professional; and answered all my questions and gave good input as to how to prevent infestations in the future. The process of getting an exterminator out here was smooth and professional as well. Highly recommend!
Andrew showed up right on time and talked me through everything that he was going to do. The inspection he conducted was thorough and the report he handed me was detailed. Eastside Exterminators has serviced our house for many years! Any time we have needed them to inspect something further they have done so promptly, and their quarterly service helps take care of bugs and pests year round! I would highly recommend!
Jack has been wonderful at letting us know exactly whats going on and how its being dealt with. They are super responsive when we have an immediate issue and have helped us do long term prevention.
We have used Eastside Exterminators for a few years now. They are professional, reliable, and do not try to upsell for services. When problems arise in between regular treatments, their office is easy to get a hold of, and their technicians come out promptly, sometimes even earlier than the scheduled time. When…
