First home purchase and extremely glad we hired eric to do our final inspection. His report was insanely thorough and detailed and we were able to provide the report to our builder the same day as the inspection. Our builder's site supervisor even stated that he was the most detailed inspector he's worked with. Do not hesitate to hire Eric, he's legit!

We are in the process of moving and closing escrow on a Lennar home. We discovered EC Property Inspections and that it was a veteran owned business. Being the son of a vet means a lot to me. Eric and his team conducted inspections in a home we are purchasing. It is our first time going through he process and I was very impressed with how thorough they were. I liked how they explained everything in detail and I highly recommend contracting them.
He was on time, very nice, and explained how the inspection would go. I didn’t stay for the whole thing, but he sent me the full report afterward. I’d definitely use him again for a follow-up.
Eric and his partner were very thorough and caught several needed repairs and maintenance issues. I highly recommend Eric for any future inspections.
