Arrived on schedule and got to work immediately. Very thorough and answered any questions I had on site. Inspection report was sent no later than an hour after inspection ended. Would recommend.

I am so happy I went with Eric. He inspected every inch of the home I'm purchasing explained everything afterwards and gave a very detailed report the same day.

I love the thorough no bs assessment. Got more than I expected and feel like I got my money's worth. Only suggestion I'd have is would have liked to have seen a picture of the thermostat present in report. But that's literally nothing and would still highly recommend EC Home Inspections.

He is a walking human Inspection knowledge book. He had thermal imaging equipment and did what none of us like to do..…
