Trenton did everything he could to help, but my shut off valves weren't working so he could get to the pipes under my toilet. My case required a bigger solution, and he stayed until his manager got here to see me through the handoff. It was considerate of him & he did his best for me.

This was my first time using Eco for any type of service. It was great! On a Sunday I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Our main drain was backed up, I called ECO. They came out to check the problem gave an estimate before doing the job. They were inexpensive to come out and clean our main drain. They do not charge for a service call. Josh and Austin were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend ECO!

I asked for someone to clesr/clean a drain. Alex, though competent and a nice guy, is not a drain cleaner. As a result, I had to reschedule to next week.
