Vincent S. worked quickly to perform preventive maintenance on our heat pump, specifically, the air conditioning portion of the heat pump. What's best is that I scheduled the maintenance in the morning and got the work done that same afternoon. Vincent provided a verbal report of what he found (all OK) and followed up with an email with photos.
