This was a 2nd visit for the same clogged toillet. They honored their $0 policy. Daniel diagnosed the problem quickly, had to do with the age of the toilet plus rural hard water. He was very nice, friendly & courteous, answering all questions (I can come up with many!)

Unfortunately we have had to call Eco numerous times for some major - and minor - plumbing issues in our 50 year old house. Fortunately Eco has always responded in a timely professional manner. They are so pleasant to work with - even when delivering unpleasant news.
