Matt was super pleasant, explained several items that need attention but also helped prioritize items. Had him repair/replace water hookups for washer that had a broken handle and lots of calcium buildup and corrosion. Was completed in roughly an hour and then helped to put washer and dryer back in place.

Eco was coming out for furnace maintenance. Called using a phone number I didn't recognize. I will not answer. Then they sent a couple of texts. One said to call a number which Noone answered.
