Robert did an amazing job cleaning out my main drain that goes to the street. He explained everything in great detail what he was doing and going to do next. When Robert finished up he couldn't get it unclogged by the road so they are bringing out a camera to run threw the pipe to find the exact problem.

Unfortunately we have had to call Eco numerous times for some major - and minor - plumbing issues in our 50 year old house. Fortunately Eco has always responded in a timely professional manner. They are so pleasant to work with - even when delivering unpleasant news.
They have been great at communicating things and keeping us informed of the progress of our sewer issues. Would recommend them for all our friends.

Chaz checked out the situation to determine the problem with the floor drain not working. He returned from his truck with the appropriate equipment and had everything working as it should in 15 minutes or less. It was certainly a relief to know that we now have a plumbing company that we can count on. I'll certainly call them again.
