GREAT JOB! I LOVE IT!
Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable
Very helpful. Lots of knowledgeable techs, financing options, and availability is good, even if you don't have their service plan. Got our furnace fixed up so we aren't cold during football season!
Brandon was friendly & professional. He was very helpful and explained everything. Now a member and looking forward to my home being done right. Thanks
Work was clean and well done. All staff who came into our home was respectful and wore shoe covers to protect our floors. Evan was our instillation technician. He made sure we knew what was going on throughout the project and answered any questions we had along the way. He did clean work and worked hard the whole time. We are really pleased!
They have been great at communicating things and keeping us informed of the progress of our sewer issues. Would recommend them for all our friends.
Outstanding customer service from both Heating and Air Tech along with Plumbing Tech. AC Parts ordered and work scheduled and completed shortly after part arrived. Never disappointed when Eco Plumbers come to my house! I pay for the monthly membership (which is not expensive) and I definitely have put it to good use. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, and gives me tips to help maintain good plumbing in my house in between their visits! Cost is not bad compared to…
Nic did a great job
They are always professional and polite. They get the job done well and I'm confident in their warranty.
First time working with Eco Plumbing… new to Columbus… Tyler Smoot was cheerful, punctual, knowledgeable and reassuring during our repair requiring drywall removal in our entryway… removing about 10 feet of copper pipe… replacing with PCV and connecting a bath tub, toilet and sink. Tyler and Joe were excellent.

Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work.
Chris was timely, personable, professional and did excellent work. We encountered issues with the main water shut-off valve that Chris was able to repair with minimal extra time for the job. The cost of the toilet, installation and 2 water valve replacements was higher than we had originally anticipated. But after…

The Eco Plumbers, Tim and Scott, gave me the full Disney treatment, metaphorically speaking. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and presented multiple options for service. I will definitely schedule them for other projects very soon.
Excellent service technician. Explained everything in detail. Friendly, fast, and capable.
Just had a great experience with Aaron at Eco Plumber. We had a long list of plumbing repairs that we needed help with and Aaron methodically and professionally ticked through each of them one by one. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Straightforward pricing - recommend.
Outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to listen and answer all of our concerns and questions. Must be an excellent person as our dog Loki ( husky/shepherd) mix warmed up to Aaron in no time.
Nathan was so friendly and quick with the work he did. He loved our cats which enjoy when visitors come by. Nathan figured out the step that wasn't listed in our toilet installation instructions and suggested a solution which would remedy the leak we were experiencing. He also replaced a seal on our sump pump which…
