Had my water heater go out yesterday and scheduled an appointment with Eco. Kevin showed up this morning in the scheduled timeframe and tried to get it going again. Unable to do so, he walked me through my options for a replacement. He was friendly, straight forward, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. All in all a great experience.
