Vaughn is awesome. Period. Patient and did great work. Answered all questions and explained things throughly. I will recommend. Only one suggestion is hoping website can tell technician what coupon used before come
Third year service of our on demand water heater. Highest recommendation again. we are enjoying our new on demand water heater and Vaughan super professional servicing, given other estimates. I was so impressed I signed up as Eco member. Thank YOU
Very thorough and friendly. Possesses a great attitude and is very willing to explain the process.
Super great company, all the guys are always so accommodating to my wonderous child who doesn’t have a danger meter and that’s something I don’t take lightly. ECO is the greatest team.
Kevin was great! Will definitely use ECO again.
Very happy with the service< quick to come out and address my concerns
Great experience working with Andrew S. at Eco Plumbers. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing our problem and he was great at educating me on proper maintenance and care of our plumbing & Water softener. He wasn’t just here to do a job, he was a resource for me. Highly recommend
Very personable and easy to talk to. Very respectful. 5 ⭐️s all the way!
All of the technicians sent to my home have been professional, knowledgeable, capable, and polite.
Aaron was very quick to diagnose my water heater issue and discussed my options. He was not pushy at all with trying to sell services I didn’t need. Very professional and informative of the steps I needed to take.
Jacob was absolutely fantastic. Instead of just going straight to saying we need a fill replacement, he took his time and asked questions. After checking a few items to ensure that he was correct, he noticed a failure from the main valve that was causing a much higher PSI output than what is recommended for our…
Aaron was very friendly and helpful in fixing our immediate issue as well as explaining our options moving forward. Grateful for how quickly Eco was able to come out… first thing Monday morning after a Sunday afternoon call!
Eco sent a supervisor who did a great job of analyzing my problem ! Both kind and helpful !
We have used them on many occasions and they arrive on time, answer all of my questions, and a a pleasure to work with. The work is always done well, and at an affordable price.
Never disappointed when Eco Plumbers come to my house! I pay for the monthly membership (which is not expensive) and I definitely have put it to good use. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, and gives me tips to help maintain good plumbing in my house in between their visits! Cost is not bad compared to…
Adam was nice, thorough and to the point. He gave me price options and answered any and all of my questions. He didn’t rush me while I was reaching out to my spouse to get their opinion on what we should do. I would 100% recommend!
I scheduled repair of leaking water heater. What I got instead was a consultant trying to sell me expensive overpriced equipment and labor to replace heater. When I asked if he was a plumber and was he ready to repair the water heaters, he said yes. Later when I pressed, he admitted to me that he had no intention…
He was nice and courteous but unable to complete task because of my credit. Nothing against him or you just upset because I need to try and find someone else who can do it today. Trying to get a co-signer so I can get it done.
Excellent service! I really trusted these guys. Prices were a bit high, but I suspect they are high everywhere right now so I chose to go with this company and was very satasfied!
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professional conduct and attention to detail. Chas was honest and helpful. He explained the situation and the options available to me in clear and concise language. He went over and above to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed fully. Chas did not…
Tyler and John were great! Very friendly and professional. They were patient with my questions and gave me valuable insight on how everything works. Truly great service delivery.
Chris and Nick were absolutely great they were respectful and professional and very knowledgeable in their area... Any other issues that I may have I will be calling Eco plumbers!! They went above and beyond to even inspect other potential issues that we mentioned very very professional!!
The Eco Plumbers team is a dream to work with. The whole process was handled with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They came out a few hours after we called to check the water heater. They gave us fair detailed options and helped us make the best decision -without any pressure. The service techs were back within a few hours and installed a new hot water tank. Fast, friendly and very professional.
Brandyn did a great job today. He is very detail oriented and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving at the completion of the repairs. His kindness to my 90 year old father inlaw was special. Brandyn answered all of his questions and concerns. Your company is fortunate to have him as an employee. Sincerely John Duggan
Jeff was very helpful and a wonderful technician. The office/customer staff was extremely professional and quick to schedule our appointment. Will certainly use Eco Plumbers again!
Eco plumbing made scheduling super easy. Aaron assessed our existing water heater and helped us in the process of finding an appropriate replacement. He was professional and knowledgeable . Very happy with the service provided! Thank you!
Great experience. Aaron is the man. Even fixed a faucet for me that wasn’t part of the plan. A+
They aren’t done yet. But Jeff went over all the options and payment options and will be back first thing in the morning.
I had Sean come out from Eco Plumbers and he did a fantastic job. They were quick and very good about calling me to tell me they might have to reschedule and I didn't mind at all since what I needed done was maintenance and not emergency related. I was very happy that they were keeping me in the loop the entire…
They did a great job and the issue was fixed quickly
Brandyn Wallace was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. On time, quality and completely upfront. I will be trusting him and the eco plumbers with all my future business.
Came out the day I called. They let me choose the best option for me amongst various hot water heaters, not just what they had in stock. Gave me a good number on the install. They got my business.
Our hot water heater went out and Tim from The Eco Plumbers came out the same day I called to inspect it. He provided several options, and clearly explained everything that was needed. After we made our decision, he was able to come out the next day to install the new tank. Great experience, highly recommended.
I have dealt with other plumbers in the Dayton area, there is no comparison. Eco is in another league when it comes to professionalism, quality, communication, etc. It was a breath of fresh air to see them in action.
I cannot say enough about this service. I would not hesitate to recommend. Excellent !!@
