I was very happy with the service, although it wasn't cheap. One application successfully stopped all wasp activity in the wall void of my house. On his second visit, the technician also treated other holes in the area as a prevention.
Xavier was very detailed in explaining the issue we had and how to resolve it. He also suggested ways on how to avoid that again in the future. Kevin very knowledgeable and pleasant. Seemed efficient... my first experience with wasps. Company came highly recommended...I did not compare prices so don't have enough knowledge to opine on the price.
Paul, the exterminator, did a very thorough job. He was timely, courteous, explained the process and next steps. Raphael is the best. He's very thorough and explains everything very patiently. Great employee to have. Treat him well.
Q Made sure and ask if I needed any extra as far as more assistance as well as glue traps. Sprayed and powder the areas as needed. Also made sure the webs and bugs that were visible were eliminated.
Work done well after 3 treatments. Except both the worker and the manager had very bad manner. . We requested to contact when arrive, he just totally ignored the requested. Maybe the bad communication between the office staff and worker. Worker don’t like owner present to watch him work. Tone of his voice wasn’t very pleasant.
I am terrified of bees and wasps and unfortunately my home had two hives. Niki Gataric Ecotech came and assessed the situation and informed me that he would take care of it. He walked me through everything and made sure that my home is bee and wasps free! Thanks again!
