Our building had some issues with bugs and they came out a few times. Raphael came out on the final visit and was so knowledgable and helpful. Christopher was profesional and efficient. He sprayed and baited all the areas I requested as well as gave me useful suggestions. He found 2 wasps nests that were just starting to form in an outside vent hood and exterminated it as well as removed the nesting material. It was a great experience.
