Friendly and accommodating, as I needed to reschedule twice. She knows her bugs! I appreciated that she sprayed the interior house, garage, and all exterior edges of the house and brick walls. Steven service my home today and did not excellent as always. We have been with Ecogen for over a year and they always answer the phone, show up, communicate and my home is pest free. Also what they use is pet friendly and my 2 dogs have never gotten sick.

Great job & communication. Joaquin took over servicing my property, so he was unaware that Monday is yard servicing day. So to not be in each other’s way, he promptly moved it to Tue. He also informed me there was no pest issues, and made sure my gate was closed. Great company, great employees.

Everyone we have dealt with at EcoGen has been very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. We first called them because we had ants in the kitchen and a small beetle invasion. We established regular service, our wonderful technician came to our home, and we haven't had those visitors again!
