Juan always on time and does an exceptional job

Jose is always so kind and knowledgeable when he services my home. I asked if there was any way for him to arrive early and he did which I appreciated. He set new sticky traps and made sure to let me know if I see any activity to give the company a call. He always patiently waits as I move my dogs to the backyard so… Read full review

My service is with Las Vegas Pest Control and I’m getting notice that this company did my last service for them. I specifically asked the technician, “Gabe” to make sure the gate was secured and he left it open. Our pets are our children and that wasn’t okay. Hopefully I’ll be able to update this review…

He did better this time, the last time he kinda rushed thru and didn't do such a good job. He did a lot better this time around.

Very polite and courteous. Was very professional and knowledgeable would definitely recommend to family and friends!

My technician, Jadan, was great. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and was professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

Very nice people who work for this company! Their pricing is great also!

The service man Mike was great. Very kind and personable. Quick and efficient. Also asked for instructions about where to go and where to avoid. I appreciated the communication.

Melody always keeps me informed of when she's arriving and provides a status report when she's completed the work.

Oscar was great

He was early and called ahead to inform me. He was polite and efficient. He always does a great job

The technician, Juan was very pleasant. But I am not sure if he did a complete service on my .5 acre property. His service time seemed quite short compared to previous techs.

Professional as usual

On time, professional and knowledgeable

Also placed fresh sticky traps in the garage. Most importantly, she be a me fast friends with my two dogs. She carries dog treat with her.

Joaquin did a great job!

Ecogen was a good company with excellent technicians and customer service. They were bought out recently by Las Vegas pest control and its been horrible ever since. The customer service starts with an AI reception and you need to request if you want to speak to a real person. The technican that showed up wasn't… Read full review

EcoGen was a great company before merging with Las Vegas Pest Control. Their service went down hill. Horrible, horrible customer service. Everything is routed to Florida and the people there are so darn rude. We have been with EcoGen for 5 years and never had a problem until they merged with Las Vegas Pest Control.… Read full review

Steven service my home today and did not excellent as always. We have been with Ecogen for over a year and they always answer the phone, show up, communicate and my home is pest free. Also what they use is pet friendly and my 2 dogs have never gotten sick.

Oscar did a great job, 👍

Great job & communication. Joaquin took over servicing my property, so he was unaware that Monday is yard servicing day. So to not be in each other’s way, he promptly moved it to Tue. He also informed me there was no pest issues, and made sure my gate was closed. Great company, great employees.

Consistently great service!

Everyone we have dealt with at EcoGen has been very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. We first called them because we had ants in the kitchen and a small beetle invasion. We established regular service, our wonderful technician came to our home, and we haven't had those visitors again!

My primary pest issue is the prevalence of scorpions in my neighborhood and they sometimes get in my house. Eco-Gen quickly addresses this issue for me, cheerfully and very effectively. Very dependable!

A truly awesome company! Highly recommended! Professional, on time or early and always with a positive attitude… I would recommend to anyone looking for an environmentally friendly pest control service. Jason or mosquito specialist and Andy, our exterminator have been awesome!

As an EcoGen customer for over 2 years, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others. The technicians are always polite, thorough, and knowledgable. Specific shout outs to Tyler and Glenn who regularly service my home. Thank you!

Great service! Very professional. Glenn was someone that really takes pride in his work. Pointed out some problem areas my home has, and recommended some things (trimming back some bushes) to help control any pest issues. Very pleased!

We had a major scorpion problem at our property and we contacted a few pest control places months ago. None of them could fix our problem. But I got referred to Ecogen and Glenn who works there, and he had many solutions for our infestation. It’s only been a week and already we are finding dead scorpions and other… Read full review
