We had a new tech today (I've already forgotten his name), but he did an outstanding job being aware of the ants around our home and taking care of them. We appreciate his diligent job!
I've had Matthew, Tyler, and most recently, Dennis, out to my house. All were very friendly and professional and knew their stuff.
This visit to my home from EcoGuard Pest Management was outstanding! The service representative was very friendly and helpful to explain how the service was being handled! A Five Star Review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David was very personable - came to the door to let me know he'd be doing the spraying. Asked if I had any specific pest issues.
Thank you so much!!
Excellent service, very thorough and explained everything, as this was the start up service call. Prior to services starting, the company was very communicative with me, kept in touch and answered any questions. I also like that they are family owned.
Excellent service. Technician was friendly.
Corey did a very thorough job.

The service reps who perform our monthly service are always professional and polite. I appreciate that they communicate before and after an appointment, so we know what's going on, across our multiple buildings.
These guys are incredible. Pricing is more than fair. Effective trapping, through property inspections, very polite and non-judgmental employees. Over the phone customer service and support is convenient and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I plan to update this review with names with time, but this entire company is just…

I highly recommend Echo Guard! They do a great job keeping my home protected from rodents, spiders, ants, and other insects. They are always on time, very friendly, and truly appreciate their customers. Thank you, Echo Guard, for your excellent service! ❤️
They always do an outstanding job and are very responsive.
Tyler and Dennis are fantastic. They always listens to all of my concerns. Dennis did a great job on the exclusion service on the property and took before and after photos to show the work done to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. Tyler takes great care servicing the front and back yards for all the…
Juan (John) from EcoGuard Pest Management did a great job on my follow up regular appointment. He was friendly and did a quick and efficient job.
Once we got our differences worked out, I've recommended EcoGuard to anyone who will listen. My Tech Steve is the best, listens and examines the areas I have concern and he explains what is going on. I haven't had issues with pests at all. Occasional Black Widows, to be expected but Steve does his job.
professional, polite, ontime, very happy with service
Braden was very professional, honest and did an excellent job.
I've used Eco Guard and the previous service, North American, for about 20 years. The transition from North American to Eco Guard was seamless. The service delivery remained high and exceeded my expectations. I'll highly recommend EcoGuard!
I called Ecoguard Friday morning due to ants problem in the house. I spoke with Mike and he was able to have a technician come to our house that morning. Mike was also pleasant to talk to and polite. Our technician name is Chris. I got a text a message half an hour before arriving. He was professional and respectful…
Jeremy was great. He answered all our questions about the work done on the roof rodents and will continue to monitor the situation.
As usual, Andrew from Ecoguard did a great job. He does a great job at hitting the spots that need it most. We appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Ecoguard for employing Andrew, you have a Top Notch employee in this young man .
Took care of my bug and rodent problems, and great customer service.
Technician was very polite and thorough as always.
Overall happy with service that Jordan did. Granted there were lots of cobwebs, but could have done better job, especially around front door. He was very nice and patient with my questions. Next time.
We have been with EcoGuard for many years now and love the quality of service we receive. I just wanted to give a special recognition to Daniel Sizer today. This was his first time servicing our property and I hope it is not his last. He was everything a company would want in a service technician. He was friendly,…
Ecoguard folks do a very good job of working professionally protecting the house from pests and stuff. I have contract with them to come monthly..

Jose always does the best work! He is quick and efficient. He goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible and my kids and I are grateful for him for always getting rid of all the ants and spiders that are in and around our home.
Andrew has done an awesome job about brain storming what would be best for our situation. In à 3 story house- I am glad he can reach the webs way up high!
He performed an outstanding service better than any of the other technicians. He made sure I had no cobwebs. He wiped down my windows and my walls of the outdoor of the house and refilled the rat traps. I had a couple of questions and he understood and was very knowledgeable and receptive. Excellent customer service.
Jesse was really friendly and walked me through the process. He was thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. He made a stressful situation an easily resolved problem. Thank you, Jesse!

Excellent job by the service guy!
Your tecnician (Cory) was outstanding. He texted me 20 minutes before his arrival. Upon arrival, he began work immediately. We discussed my wasp problem and he made recommendations. He educated me on the difficulty associated with wasp control as he began work. He knocked down a large wasp nest and left wasp control…
Jeremy found three big wasp nests under the eaves of our home. He made extra time to make sure they were treated properly. He did a great job and explained how the wasps would behave following the treatment so we would be prepared for the increased activity prior to their eradication.
Dennis is efficient, courteous and thorough. He knows his bugs and little critters.
Excellent service every time
The technician showed up timely, was professional and courteous and did his job quickly.
This young man did a great job very professional did not come in my home asking professional questions he just came in and did his job. I would like to have him came every time. THANK YOU
I was disappointed that not all bait stations were treated. Originally, I believe I had 4 now I have 3 and only 2 were attended to. If I didn't constant rodent issues it would matter less but since I do this is a bit frustrating. Also, the comments are automated so I really don't know what is going on.
Easy, no hassle pest control. They come and go without me leaving work and I trust that they are doing the job. If I have any concerns they do their best to come back out within a day.
Seriously cant say enough nice things about Corey and EcoGuard. Corey arrived within the window he mentioned for the day, was extremely friendly, informed me of everything he was doing and where he thought my pests were coming in. He let me know what I can do to make it easier to monitor pests comings and going, and…
