Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.

Dennis was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to thoroughly equip us. We thought we were rid of the rat in our home, but it seems another is in here! It ate holes in a bag of pistachios on the counter and a bag of caramel bits in my office. Unfortuneately, they don't seem to be "biting" on the traps.
I had a great experience with EcoGuard! We had rats in our attic, and they came out to fix all the potential entry points on our roof. They were friendly, showed up on time, and spent several hours securing the vulnerable areas on the roof, and around the eaves. Their attention to detail and professionalism was top-notch.

Everyone I have spoke with has been very friendly and helpful.
Rats still observed in both garages of the duplex. The fact that no rats were caught in this the second week of rodent extermination means that the current method or set of controls in not yet effective. Tech must rebait and move traps and poison bait station each visit, until rats are caught and no longer seen or heard.
Casey helped with two dead rats that were in our electrical box. I really appreciate how he came over quickly, identified the problem and fixed it!!

I have a gopher/mole/vole problem. Jesse came out and set traps, bait, etc. He was able to answer all of my questions and hopefully what was done will work because I couldn't fix the problem.

Recently discovered rat signs in garage and, this morning, a dead rat in an EcoGuard trap in the attic. Antonio was only scheduled to update the garden bait traps but quickly addressed the new issues as well.

Jeremy found three big wasp nests under the eaves of our home. He made extra time to make sure they were treated properly. He did a great job and explained how the wasps would behave following the treatment so we would be prepared for the increased activity prior to their eradication.
