Excellent service. Technician was friendly.
Ecoguard folks do a very good job of working professionally protecting the house from pests and stuff. I have contract with them to come monthly..
Very professional and knowledgeable, was efficient in replacing the termite bating traps and provided feedback prior to leaving the job
Very professional, great communication. I highly recommend Ecoguard.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
I am writing to formally cancel service.and never gonna renew with them I had to change my review from 5 Star to one star because No understanding No Flexibility. While I have been a customer for four years, I find the mandatory 24 month agreement policy to be unfair. Requiring payment regardless of whether service…

The young man who serviced my house for rodents was very polite, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help!
He completed his work and explained well about ants. I also appreciated his wearing shoe coverings. I liked that respect.
Great company and always there whenever we've had extra issues arise. Very friendly employees.
Great work and excellent customer service
We receive excellent service from Eco guard. Their service people seem to care very much about the properties they service and are very pleasant.
Great and Professional Service!!!
My account was billed for a service that I did not receive, and I’ve been provided with misleading information about it.
EcoGuard has done a great job at communicating and customer service with me. Braden is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain his approach to best get rid of pests. He is thorough and safe when spraying, especially in my home with the animals in mind. I appreciate their services and will continue…

Responsive, timely, professional, customer service oriented, family owned. Rodent lead/exclusion expert Dennis was especially great!
Derrick always does a good job. He's very efficient, thorough and professional.
Casey helped me with de-webbed for spiders in garage, and spray the pest control in the garage corners. He also assisted me for the dog Iglo away from the patio, and spray the botton of the whole house for future prevention. He did a good job, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Thank you Casey!
We found EcoGuard when we had a termite issue in one part of our house during holidays. They came right out, cleared it and stopped further damage. Then we hired them on a regular rotation for pest control (had an ant problem too). They are punctual, and effective. Came back for free when an issue was not cleared.…
Such a wonderful job !!
The technician that was sent out to help take care of the largest rat I have ever seen was amazing. He was punctual, polite, professional, and worked very hard. He clearly explained what he would be doing and showed me after he finished up the work. I can't say enough good things about this young man. A huge thank…
Discovered we had some rats taking up residence underneath our house. Called them to come treat and look at our home. He responded to husband's text that night and came out the next day and removed 3 rats that had died. He sold us some new vents to fully seal and replace the ones on our house so they could not…
Always professional so far
Always friends and responsive to our needs. I use the bi-monthly service, but they are happy to come out and address any additional need that might pop up.
Had EcoGuard come out bi monthly after dealing with a serious rat problem due to rain and poor management on our end. Always gave us a heads up when coming out and was very flexible with rescheduling. From the day we got EcoGuard, we never had a single issue after that. Would highly recommend. Price ends up being about $480/year. Well worth it.
Personable, environmentally friendly. Miss the service since moving to FL! Wish they would set up shop in FL!
Excellent customer service. We have been very pleased with the results.
Awesome Service!!!!!
