I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.

Daniel has been excellent in keeping cockroaches out of the garage and when dealing with an ant problem inside. Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that there was one trap that revealed there had been a lot of pest activity, but that it did not involve termites. I hope he returns next year at inspection time.
