I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.

We found EcoGuard when we had a termite issue in one part of our house during holidays. They came right out, cleared it and stopped further damage. Then we hired them on a regular rotation for pest control (had an ant problem too). They are punctual, and effective. Came back for free when an issue was not cleared.…

I had one hole in the wood trim on the outside of the house. Two weeks later there were 10 holes. I called EcoGuard. Eugene arrived the next day. He found no termites after inspecting the outside of the house, explained that the holes are due to carpenter bees and how to remedy the situation. I will call Eugene in the Folsom office for my next pest issue.

Had EcoGuard come out bi monthly after dealing with a serious rat problem due to rain and poor management on our end. Always gave us a heads up when coming out and was very flexible with rescheduling. From the day we got EcoGuard, we never had a single issue after that. Would highly recommend. Price ends up being about $480/year. Well worth it.
