We had a new tech today (I've already forgotten his name), but he did an outstanding job being aware of the ants around our home and taking care of them. We appreciate his diligent job!
Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.
Great service!
Tech was great. Friendly & well informed on the type of problem I woke up to (ants in shower). He arrived within an hour of my request for service.
Curtis from EcoGuard Pest Control provided excellent service and listened to my concerns. Thank you 😊
Ecoguard does an excellent job, great customer service at a reasonable price.
Very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my pest issues, Then addressed them all in a timely matter. I'm very happy with the service.
The response to my request regarding ant infestation within just a few days of service was very prompt, and the time for a technician to return was very flexible due to plans we had that day. The technician was on time, friendly, and quickly addressed the issue. Hopefully this resolves the ant issue. Again, we…
Kody was very thorough and provided a great experience. I highly recommend him as a technician
Informative, polite service
Excellent service. Fast scheduling. Very responsive from the office to the technician. Highly recommend!
Technician listened well and did a thorough job with organic, non toxic products. Very pleased.
Excellent service, very thorough and explained everything, as this was the start up service call. Prior to services starting, the company was very communicative with me, kept in touch and answered any questions. I also like that they are family owned.
Corey did a very thorough job.
The woman I spoke to on the phone secretary or what have you was at the both times I’ve talked to her absolutely delightful, lovely lady and their young gentlemen who came to my house very kind very sweet very professional. Listen to everything I had to say and I was very interested in things that I were concerned…
Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked around my little dogs who are always excited to see him.
Punctual, efficient...has the best success at keeping those annoying critters away. I now always request him!
This is the second time he was at my home and both times was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable.
He did fantastic job. Did the inspection outside the house and found the source. I am super happy with his service.
Tyler and Dennis are fantastic. They always listens to all of my concerns. Dennis did a great job on the exclusion service on the property and took before and after photos to show the work done to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. Tyler takes great care servicing the front and back yards for all the…
Great service, professional and responsive of needs! I pay for insect and rat extermination every other month.
We would like to cancel service. Each time, we don’t SEE any improvement. We asked the gentleman if he could help with wasps in our umbrella in the backyard. He said he would handle it. We went out there an hour or so after he left, wasps were still flying all over the umbrella. Last time, he sprayed but we still…
Technician never rang our doorbell, so I never knew he was here to unlock our gate for him. Because of this he was only able to service the front of our house. This is after they had to reschedule our service because a technician never came by for servicing last week. I have to add that this is unusual behavior for…
Juan (John) from EcoGuard Pest Management did a great job on my follow up regular appointment. He was friendly and did a quick and efficient job.
As usual, Andrew from Ecoguard did a great job. He does a great job at hitting the spots that need it most. We appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Ecoguard for employing Andrew, you have a Top Notch employee in this young man .

Carter who is the technician did a fantastic job. I feel like he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very thorough, professional, and left everything cleaner and the way he found it. I would highly recommend his services.
Friendly and knowledgeable technician.. Great service! Eager to help and did a wonderful job. Couldn't be more pleased.
Overall happy with service that Jordan did. Granted there were lots of cobwebs, but could have done better job, especially around front door. He was very nice and patient with my questions. Next time.
Ecoguard tech arrived right at 8 am on a 8 am-12 noon window. It was our regular tech so always reassuring to work with the same person. He had returned to do a "re-service" for ants in one particular area of our home. We appreciate very much that EcoGuard provides a return visit if the regular maintenance visit didn't quite do the job.
Andrew has done an awesome job about brain storming what would be best for our situation. In à 3 story house- I am glad he can reach the webs way up high!
Our Tech, Robert, was exceptional to work with. He provided great knowledge on the issue, along with quick and longer term solutions to help. Really appreciate the service.
Jesse was really friendly and walked me through the process. He was thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. He made a stressful situation an easily resolved problem. Thank you, Jesse!
Very efficient and offer great deals
Easy, no hassle pest control. They come and go without me leaving work and I trust that they are doing the job. If I have any concerns they do their best to come back out within a day.
Seriously cant say enough nice things about Corey and EcoGuard. Corey arrived within the window he mentioned for the day, was extremely friendly, informed me of everything he was doing and where he thought my pests were coming in. Cody was amazing and courteous ! Thank you !! Great service!!
We have been a customer of EcoGuard for years and they have been excellent until recently. The technician that comes to the house (Lee) has been exemplary but recently the corporation has started using an AI for billing follow-up. The AI is AWFUL to deal with. The AI gets one star.
Excellent service I have the a very professional tech. He listens to my bug concerns and does an excellent job. Lets me know when he arrives and when the job is completed. Give him a SALARY RAISE LOL.
Friendly and professional! We love Aidan!
Curtis showed up at a respectable hour, was cordial and explained who they were, what they were there for and confirmed now was a good time. He also asked if there were any problems to address and got straight to work once we were done. I was on a phone call and I only knew he was there due to the cameras picking…
I've been using them for years. Oils they use are fantastic and do not harm humans or animals. They're polite, professional and happy to answer questions. They always give extra care to areas that I ask them to. I'm a true fan of their work.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Very prompt and thorough, would highly recommend.
I am writing to formally cancel service.and never gonna renew with them I had to change my review from 5 Star to one star because No understanding No Flexibility. While I have been a customer for four years, I find the mandatory 24 month agreement policy to be unfair. Requiring payment regardless of whether service…
Professional and helpful.
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
Repeat customer due to great service. This company has provided service to us for several years, and I highly recommend them. they are very accommodating with schedule, and also very good communicators
This company is amazing. Their response time is so fast which is ideal for our busy lives with a toddler and baby. This was my first pest management service and I was not disappointed. I wanted EcoGuard to address my mosquito issue, spiders, check for hornet/wasp nest in the eaves, spray my lawn and other areas for potential fleas since I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. My technician was Erin, and he did a fabulous job. He did…
This was the first time Eliezar serviced our house and I wasn't home to meet him. When I did get home I noticed that the cobwebs weren't knocked down. I texted him directly and he came right away and took care of them. He did a fantastic job and we appreciated his prompt response in taking care of our home. I'm very pleased 😄
My technician Tyler is very efficient at eradicating pests at my home and he is personable and informative while doing so. I trust EcoGuard Pest Management.

The staff at EcoGaurd have been great. Everyone I've spoken to is friendly and helpful. They come out anytime I need between the quarterly full service treatment. Adrian is very professional & knowledgeable. Thank you.
I will never have a regular Pest Control Company service my home again. Eco Guard does not use chemicals, so my yard does not smell like a chemical bomb when they leave. My grandkids can play in the yard without worry of chemicals. I have used EcoGuard for upwards of five years after discovering cockroaches, and…
Tony took the time to understand my concerns. He went above and beyond to ensure the problem areas around my home were taken care of. I can’t thank him enough.
Daniel has been excellent in keeping cockroaches out of the garage and when dealing with an ant problem inside. I specifically wanted IPM services with only natural chemicals (like Essentria) used for spraying. He's been very thoughtful in answering all my questions and thorough with the services over the months.…
A pleasure to have such polite smiling help. Antonio is tops. Thorough and explained what he was doing to solve the issue and reminded me to not hesitate to call if needed more help.
