Very professional and on time. Took the time to inspect the property and evaluate prior to treating. Explained what the treatment entailed and how long to wait before re-entering.
Stuart is the best! He always provides great service and advice when needed. 5 star service!
Excellent, very thorough
Excellent service, very thorough and explained everything, as this was the start up service call. Prior to services starting, the company was very communicative with me, kept in touch and answered any questions. I also like that they are family owned.
Sorry I was not there and have not been home but the sales guy is always great to talk to. But I have had great tech people that have explained things well
The woman I spoke to on the phone secretary or what have you was at the both times I’ve talked to her absolutely delightful, lovely lady and their young gentlemen who came to my house very kind very sweet very professional. Listen to everything I had to say and I was very interested in things that I were concerned…
Good job!
Jose came on time. He, as usual, was very professional and efficient and courteous, as well as very patient as I had to make sure my pointer (dog) is well behaved. She knew him from before as he was the one that serviced my home. I thank him for making sure all is well now.
We would like to cancel service. Each time, we don’t SEE any improvement. We asked the gentleman if he could help with wasps in our umbrella in the backyard. He said he would handle it. We went out there an hour or so after he left, wasps were still flying all over the umbrella. Last time, he sprayed but we still…
Technician never rang our doorbell, so I never knew he was here to unlock our gate for him. Because of this he was only able to service the front of our house. This is after they had to reschedule our service because a technician never came by for servicing last week. I have to add that this is unusual behavior for…

Jordan always does a great job. And he gives advice so we can try to prevent from other pests from entering the home.
Excellent service I have the a very professional tech. He listens to my bug concerns and does an excellent job. Lets me know when he arrives and when the job is completed. Give him a SALARY RAISE LOL.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
I am writing to formally cancel service.and never gonna renew with them I had to change my review from 5 Star to one star because No understanding No Flexibility. While I have been a customer for four years, I find the mandatory 24 month agreement policy to be unfair. Requiring payment regardless of whether service…
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
This company is amazing. Their response time is so fast which is ideal for our busy lives with a toddler and baby. If I suddenly realize our dog will be outside or we will be home and want spraying done inside they reply instantly and change a date. Everyone is so friendly when they show up as well! Such a great and…
We have a regular contract with EcoGuard for outside spraying. When one of our indoor cats had fleas, I contacted them to spray inside as well. They were extremely helpful and responsive, holding my hand through my stress over prepping the house during a challenging family time, and then did an excellent job…
This was my first pest management service and I was not disappointed. I wanted EcoGuard to address my mosquito issue, spiders, check for hornet/wasp nest in the eaves, spray my lawn and other areas for potential fleas since I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. My technician was Erin, and he did a fabulous job. He did…

The staff at EcoGaurd have been great. Everyone I've spoken to is friendly and helpful. They come out anytime I need between the quarterly full service treatment. I didn't think I'd need that but they will come scoop out the traps and reset them when it snaps and respray if I have a concern. They never make me feel…

I reached out for a free quote and received an immediate response from Akoni Berman. We were able to speak on the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. We set up an appointment for a couple days later. Jarvon came to complete the services and he was very professional and…

Great service!
Great service by technician Mr. Curtis. He arrived early in the morning as scheduled and was very helpful, answering questions with great patience and respect toward older folks. The service was reoccurring service every three months for about $150
Finally, the war is over. Our indoor cat got fleas somehow, so we bought a flea treatment for her from Petco. DO NOT BUY FLEA TREATMENT FROM PETCO. It did not work, so we have been washing our cat every few days, vacuuming everywhere, bleaching counters and cleaning away disgusting flea dirt that accumulates every…
Good C/S and thorough with sweeping spider webs and spraying for pests.
Thank you to Chris for coming out on Saturday to finish our service. I really appreciate his extra work.

My account was billed for a service that I did not receive, and I’ve been provided with misleading information about it.
