Our Tech is the best! Always smiling and friendly and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to questions. If he didn't have an answer he would get it for us.
Steve came to my elderly mother's home per her complaints of mosquito bites apparently in the home. Clark had already come & sprayed, but no change. She called Clark atleast 4X and they said we'll call back & never did. Steve at Eco Guard came out the next a.m. and was very efficient & honest in his determining her…
Technician never rang our doorbell, so I never knew he was here to unlock our gate for him. Because of this he was only able to service the front of our house. This is after they had to reschedule our service because a technician never came by for servicing last week. I have to add that this is unusual behavior for…
As usual, Andrew from Ecoguard did a great job. He does a great job at hitting the spots that need it most. We appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Ecoguard for employing Andrew, you have a Top Notch employee in this young man .
We have been with EcoGuard for many years now and love the quality of service we receive. I just wanted to give a special recognition to Daniel Sizer today. This was his first time servicing our property and I hope it is not his last. He was everything a company would want in a service technician. He was friendly,…
Ruben Perez of EcoGuard Pest Management provides excellent service every time he visits our house. Hope the company hires more people like him. Highly recommended!
Seriously cant say enough nice things about Corey and EcoGuard. Corey arrived within the window he mentioned for the day, was extremely friendly, informed me of everything he was doing and where he thought my pests were coming in. He let me know what I can do to make it easier to monitor pests comings and going, and…
We’ve been happy with his service.

I've been using them for years. Oils they use are fantastic and do not harm humans or animals. They're polite, professional and happy to answer questions. They always give extra care to areas that I ask them to. I'm a true fan of their work.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
This company is amazing. Their response time is so fast which is ideal for our busy lives with a toddler and baby. If I suddenly realize our dog will be outside or we will be home and want spraying done inside they reply instantly and change a date. Everyone is so friendly when they show up as well! Such a great and…
This was my first pest management service and I was not disappointed. I wanted EcoGuard to address my mosquito issue, spiders, check for hornet/wasp nest in the eaves, spray my lawn and other areas for potential fleas since I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. My technician was Erin, and he did a fabulous job. He did…
Daniel is delightful. He's very polite and accommodating.
About 30 min after the technician left it started pouring rain really hard for about an hour. Whatever areas were sprayed got washed away. I would like to have the spraying done over again this week please. Thank you
The new guy, whose name is not listed on the service, did a great job! Willing to do whatever I asked and was quick and professional. Good job!

I have used Ecoguard Pest control for three years. I have been pleased with their 90-day service plan. I especially like their policy that if I encounter insects prior to my scheduled service date, they’ll come out and re-spray without charging me extra. I moved last summer. The house, garage, yard, fence, and…
Jeremie has been servicing our house for years and is the absolute best! Very detailed/thorough in his work. He always addresses any concerns/issues we have and makes sure they're taken care of. EcoGuard is definitely the best choice for our family and pets!
We have used EcoGuard Pest for several years. The biggest reason is they use all organic clean products (not to be fooled) it’s strong enough to keep all our pest under control but safe for our family and pets. The administration is quick and responsive and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them with a 5 Star.
Always pleasant and does a good job.
We've been customers for many years. Service provides effective and expected outcomes.
Great work and excellent customer service
Called EcoGuard office on Friday because I had some concerns about the ants in my bathroom were coming from an other location. They scheduled a Saturday visit. Crespin arrived and evaluated the situation. He assured me that the treatment was still working and if I had any questions to let the office know. Greatly appreciated.
He does a great job and explains everything so we understand! Thank you!
My account was billed for a service that I did not receive, and I’ve been provided with misleading information about it.
First visit was today and Tony was awesome and friendly . 🤞🏼 these mosquitoes stop eating me alive.
Very professional! We are glad CJ came to our door to promote service and technician followed through with great service!

I have been very impressed with the work of our technician. He is knowledgeable, knows what needs to be done, and gets to it in an efficient way. He is friendly and actually listens to the customer’s concerns. He has great suggestions and works with the customer to get the best results.
Casey helped me with de-webbed for spiders in garage, and spray the pest control in the garage corners. He also assisted me for the dog Iglo away from the patio, and spray the botton of the whole house for future prevention. He did a good job, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Thank you Casey!
Such a wonderful job !!
He was here for less than 5 minutes!! How can he cover that much in such a short time?
Been a customer for several years. Their service is guaranteed and they will follow up if they are asked to come back. I’m very impressed with both the service and office personnel professionalism.
Great company and their technicians are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this company
Personable, environmentally friendly. Miss the service since moving to FL! Wish they would set up shop in FL!
Excellent customer service. We have been very pleased with the results.
Awesome Service!!!!!
The technician was thorough, helpful, efficient, and just a nice person. The customer service associated with returning phone calls and follow up (you know, once they have your money and they don’t have to) were prompt, courteous, and addressed any questions or concerns (having young kids, pets, chickens, a garden,…
