Good man, on time, very knowledgeable and thorough.
Ecoguard folks do a very good job of working professionally protecting the house from pests and stuff. I have contract with them to come monthly..
Very professional, great communication. I highly recommend Ecoguard.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Thorough
Today's service was outstanding, Thanks!!
He knew his stuff, was professional, and got right to business. Felt comfortable dealing with the situation.
Great service as always !
Daniel has been excellent in keeping cockroaches out of the garage and when dealing with an ant problem inside. I specifically wanted IPM services with only natural chemicals (like Essentria) used for spraying. He's been very thoughtful in answering all my questions and thorough with the services over the months.…

Thank you to Chris for coming out on Saturday to finish our service. I really appreciate his extra work.
Dennis is friendly and knowledgeable about all of our exterior locations where pests gather. He is a professional. Ecoguard is our go to company for support at our home.
Great work and excellent customer service
We have never received the rat traps they promised us! They are getting fat!
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about his product .Yes
My account was billed for a service that I did not receive, and I’ve been provided with misleading information about it.
Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that there was one trap that revealed there had been a lot of pest activity, but that it did not involve termites. I hope he returns next year at inspection time.
the technician did a fantastic job. he was very through and took his time. i would like to request that he be our permanent tech. thank you for sending him
EcoGuard has done a great job at communicating and customer service with me. Braden is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain his approach to best get rid of pests. He is thorough and safe when spraying, especially in my home with the animals in mind. I appreciate their services and will continue…
My technician was on time very personable. He explained everything to me and completely understood my ant and spider issues. Very efficient and I highly recommend him and looking forward to him again on each scheduled visit.
Robert (technician) went above expectations. Very professional
Casey helped me with de-webbed for spiders in garage, and spray the pest control in the garage corners. He also assisted me for the dog Iglo away from the patio, and spray the botton of the whole house for future prevention. He did a good job, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Thank you Casey!
We found EcoGuard when we had a termite issue in one part of our house during holidays. They came right out, cleared it and stopped further damage. Then we hired them on a regular rotation for pest control (had an ant problem too). They are punctual, and effective. Came back for free when an issue was not cleared.…
Super super Fantastic!!!
I had one hole in the wood trim on the outside of the house. Two weeks later there were 10 holes. I called EcoGuard. Eugene arrived the next day. He found no termites after inspecting the outside of the house, explained that the holes are due to carpenter bees and how to remedy the situation. I will call Eugene in the Folsom office for my next pest issue.
The technician that was sent out to help take care of the largest rat I have ever seen was amazing. He was punctual, polite, professional, and worked very hard. He clearly explained what he would be doing and showed me after he finished up the work. I can't say enough good things about this young man. A huge thank…
Had EcoGuard come out bi monthly after dealing with a serious rat problem due to rain and poor management on our end. Always gave us a heads up when coming out and was very flexible with rescheduling. From the day we got EcoGuard, we never had a single issue after that. Would highly recommend. Price ends up being about $480/year. Well worth it.
Personable, environmentally friendly. Miss the service since moving to FL! Wish they would set up shop in FL!
Awesome Service!!!!!
The technician is very professional.Due to no fault of his own he is returning to my house later today. The first time I couldn't hear him because I was wearing headphones.
