Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.

Ecoguard tech arrived right at 8 am on a 8 am-12 noon window. It was our regular tech so always reassuring to work with the same person. He had returned to do a "re-service" for ants in one particular area of our home. We appreciate very much that EcoGuard provides a return visit if the regular maintenance visit didn't quite do the job.

We have been a customer of EcoGuard for years and they have been excellent until recently. The technician that comes to the house (Lee) has been exemplary but recently the corporation has started using an AI for billing follow-up. The AI is AWFUL to deal with. The AI gets one star.

I've been using them for years. Oils they use are fantastic and do not harm humans or animals. They're polite, professional and happy to answer questions. They always give extra care to areas that I ask them to. I'm a true fan of their work.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away.
