Good People. Very Respectful when talking with all their workers. Highly recommend. Never have had a problem and they have also come back outside of their apt window to treat. Had EcoGuard come out bi monthly after dealing with a serious rat problem due to rain and poor management on our end. Always gave us a heads up when coming out and was very flexible with rescheduling. From the day we got EcoGuard, we never had a single issue after that. Would highly recommend. Price ends up being about $480/year. Well worth it.
