Ecoguard tech arrived right at 8 am on a 8 am-12 noon window. It was our regular tech so always reassuring to work with the same person. He had returned to do a "re-service" for ants in one particular area of our home. We appreciate very much that EcoGuard provides a return visit if the regular maintenance visit didn't quite do the job.
We have used EcoGuard for close to 10 years and have never been disappointed. We are notified by email the day before service and the technician always knocks to announce his arrival and asks if there are any issues. The eaves are brushed down before spraying. Of course, the best part of their service is only dead bugs!

Today was a regular service appointment. I showed the tech a picture of some unusual activity.In my front yard near the garage door, so he gave some extra attention to that area. We weren't sure what these were, possibly something related to snails or to millipedes, but hopefully they won't return!

Called EcoGuard office on Friday because I had some concerns about the ants in my bathroom were coming from an other location. They scheduled a Saturday visit. Crespin arrived and evaluated the situation. He assured me that the treatment was still working and if I had any questions to let the office know. Greatly appreciated.

We get a quarterly spray around the perimeter of our home to exterminate and keep away bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders, etc.). We like them because their insecticide spray seems to work and does not contain smelly, dangerous poisons, which is paramount with pets.

Very professional, courteous, and great at his job.
Tony appeared to do an excellent job today. He carefully listened to us about our pest problems, inspected the evidence, devised a treatment plan and explained it to us, applied the treatments, then conducted an exit meeting with us before leaving. Time will tell if the treatments work but so far so good.
