Always great customer service!
We had a new tech today (I've already forgotten his name), but he did an outstanding job being aware of the ants around our home and taking care of them. We appreciate his diligent job!
Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.
Curtis from EcoGuard Pest Control provided excellent service and listened to my concerns. Thank you 😊

Excellent service, very thorough and explained everything, as this was the start up service call. Prior to services starting, the company was very communicative with me, kept in touch and answered any questions. I also like that they are family owned.
The technician was friendly, informative, and helpful!

Wonderful service. They listen to your concerns and get the job done. Highly recommend them.
These guys are incredible. Pricing is more than fair. Effective trapping, through property inspections, very polite and non-judgmental employees. Over the phone customer service and support is convenient and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I plan to update this review with names with time, but this entire company is just…
He was friendly and very efficient. Thanks!!
I highly recommend Echo Guard! They do a great job keeping my home protected from rodents, spiders, ants, and other insects. They are always on time, very friendly, and truly appreciate their customers. Thank you, Echo Guard, for your excellent service! ❤️
Service reminders, and the technicians are always on time .Very professional.
Juan did an awesome job. I didn’t know what the tiny bugs were that showed up every morning everywhere. He knew exactly what the bug is and treated the entire inside and asked if he could treat the outside and the lawn because that is where they live. I’m so happy knowing no new bugs this morning. Thank you so much, Juan. 😁
Personable, on time and thorough!!!!
Great service, professional and responsive of needs! I pay for insect and rat extermination every other month.
Technician never rang our doorbell, so I never knew he was here to unlock our gate for him. Because of this he was only able to service the front of our house. This is after they had to reschedule our service because a technician never came by for servicing last week. I have to add that this is unusual behavior for…
Juan (John) from EcoGuard Pest Management did a great job on my follow up regular appointment. He was friendly and did a quick and efficient job.
Service always thorough and technician is polite and helpful. Much better than last service by a new tech that was rushed and not thorough.
Our service rep. Jason is totally awesome. He is very thorough and thoughtful when servicing our property every other month. I highly recommend Jason and EcoGuard as a whole.

Overall happy with service that Jordan did. Granted there were lots of cobwebs, but could have done better job, especially around front door. He was very nice and patient with my questions. Next time.
We have been with EcoGuard for many years now and love the quality of service we receive. I just wanted to give a special recognition to Daniel Sizer today. i love this company. tried others, but this one is the best. technician was professional, courteous, explained what he used and how it would help with my specific concerns. would highly recommend this company. #1
Ecoguard tech arrived right at 8 am on a 8 am-12 noon window. It was our regular tech so always reassuring to work with the same person. He had returned to do a "re-service" for ants in one particular area of our home. We appreciate very much that EcoGuard provides a return visit if the regular maintenance visit didn't quite do the job.
We have used EcoGuard for close to 10 years and have never been disappointed. We are notified by email the day before service and the technician always knocks to announce his arrival and asks if there are any issues. The eaves are brushed down before spraying. Of course, the best part of their service is only dead bugs!
Vance did a great job as always. Eco guard is always helpful in scheduling; flexible and Professional.
We receive excellent service with EcoGuard technicians. Very honest company.
Corey is an awesome technician. He listens to the issues that im having and requests that i make and does an amazing job!

When your technician arrived he came to the door to ask if we had any problem areas, I told him just mosquitoes. He went to work cleaning off cobwebs and then spraying around the foundation of the house, Thank you!
Excellent service. Polite and very effective. And friendly.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Very prompt and thorough, would highly recommend.
Scott's a real pro and very helpful.
Crespin is the best! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and the entire EcoGuard team
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
This company is amazing. Their response time is so fast which is ideal for our busy lives with a toddler and baby. I’ve been happy with EcoGuard. Vance came by today, and he is great! They are careful when working around citrus and fruit trees, and pet areas. I do the bare minimum because I don’t like pesticides. So far, EcoGuard has been successful at keeping wasps and spiders from encroaching into areas on the patios that we use regularly. Thank you!!

The person servicing the property did not ring the doorbell to let the tenant know that they were spraying the backyard which they usually do .

Had this company coming for almost a decade now and still love them. Always personable, friendly, respectful of time and property, and willing to go the extra mile to troubleshoot or ensure we’re satisfied. Their pricing beats all the newcomers who knock on my door too.

Good People. Very Respectful when talking with all their workers. Highly recommend. Never have had a problem and they have also come back outside of their apt window to treat. We have been using for years and don’t have a bug issue. Always check in when they arrive and about to start service. Top Notch!
Very considerate, thorough and professional. Asked if we had any requests or problems for him to take care of before he started. Left a list and photo of everything he did.

I have been with Eco guard for many many years and they have always done me right. They have always taken good care of my property and have been polite and thorough, especially Ruben.
I have used Ecoguard Pest control for three years. I have been pleased with their 90-day service plan. I especially like their policy that if I encounter insects prior to my scheduled service date, they’ll come out and re-spray without charging me extra. I moved last summer. The house, garage, yard, fence, and…
Curtis is friendly and thorough.
Never disappoints!! The techs are very kind & respectful, I love the organic options & the fact that I don't have to remember to call to set the appointment every other month is a huge help when you’re very busy & always go, go, go! Pricing is beyond reasonable & they work with you to make sure all your needs are…
Great service!
Wednesday, Jan 28, 2026, Jordan showed up on time. There was no prior notification due to a mix up with my phone number. That has been corrected. Very courteous and helpful young man came to our home today. He dusted and sprayed and even told me Merry christmas 🎄
We have used EcoGuard Pest for several years. The biggest reason is they use all organic clean products (not to be fooled) it’s strong enough to keep all our pest under control but safe for our family and pets. The administration is quick and responsive and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them with a 5 Star.
I’m so glad I chose Eco guard. From day one the communication has been excellent. From my initial call to them. I got a text after confirming that I wanted a service they responded and came out. Took a look at the site gave me a rate and they were out within a few days, every other month thereafter. They always…
Shawn is always great! Checks in with us before he starts the service, addresses any concerns we have & cleans up the spider webs every time! We appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you!
Always professional!
I’ve had the service for some time (7+ years), Nick our technician is extremely good, professional, attentive, and just an overall great experience. Just today, I was on a call and missed that they stopped by, sent a text, they responded in minutes and Nick confirmed he would be back shortly. That’s just a different level of service.
Service was quick, responsive and thorough
Great service!
Nick is such a gentleman and a very professional technician. Thank you Nick for your excellent and thorough service.
Always pleasant and does a good job.
We've been customers for many years. Service provides effective and expected outcomes.
This tech is the best tech I've seen. Shes friendly and does a good spray and sweep.
Nick is THE BEST. He’s professional, conscientious, and takes the time to explain things. He was also realistic about what the company can and can’t do, which I very much appreciated. Now that another tech is no longer with the company, Nick is the sole reason I’m still a customer.
I have had EcoGuard spray my house for a few years now. They do a fantastic job. Andrew has been the main person spraying and he’s been attentive to requests and does a great job. Highly recommend!
Ecoguard and Andrew are AWESOME!!!
Andrew has been successful in helping us live in our home without pests. He also explains to me the bugs he is killing and not harming the vegetation. We like that the “chemicals” that are sprayed are not going to destroy our environment.
As usual with EcoGuard, went very well. He was very pleasant, asked about any issues, got it done.
Awesome customer service and great attitude! Love the team - they definitely don’t let the heat get to them, always polite and professional.
So pleased with the EcoGauard pest guy❤️ No bugs 🤗

I appreciate that is the same technician all the time and he always gives a detailed summary of what was done.
Great service at my home with EcoGuard Pest, and customer service has always been helpful. I appreciate their service with all my pest control needs.
I have been dealing with ants, spiders and house centipedes for months. Store bought products appeared to take care of them temporarily but they would eventually return. Such a nuisance! EcoGuard was referred to me with a high recommendation, so I decided to start the new year out right! From the initial phone call…

We’ve been using EcoGuard for the last 5 years and have no complaints. The technicians are thorough, respectful, and always check to ensure we aren’t seeing any seasonal issues with specific insects. Curtis and James are amazing!!!
Great work and excellent customer service
Technician asked about the type of pests, listened and educated! Very pleasant and respectful.
EcoGuard has been really great. They have helped me keep the black widows and wasps under control all around my property. I especially appreciate that they check in each time they come to provide service so that I can tell them if I observe any new pest activity for them to investigate and treat. Great all around pest control company.
Today was a regular service appointment. I showed the tech a picture of some unusual activity. In my front yard near the garage door, so he gave some extra attention to that area. We weren't sure what these were, possibly something related to snails or to millipedes, but hopefully they won't return!
Our Tech Andrew did a most excellent service. He took his time and worked diligently. Hopefully he’ll be back next time😄😄
Called EcoGuard office on Friday because I had some concerns about the ants in my bathroom were coming from an other location. They scheduled a Saturday visit. Crespin arrived and evaluated the situation. He assured me that the treatment was still working and if I had any questions to let the office know. Greatly appreciated.
Always willing to help with all pest issues for a great price. Very reliable and they use safe eco-friendly barrier around our home that prevents the bugs from getting in, especially those pesty ants.

I have been with EcoGuard as my pest control company for over 12 years. Always great service across the board. We’ve been with them for several years and highly recommend them.
We get a quarterly spray around the perimeter of our home to exterminate and keep away bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders, etc.). We like them because their insecticide spray seems to work and does not contain smelly, dangerous poisons, which is paramount with pets.
We’ve used them for years now! Always do a great job and super accommodating.
Always thorough and always lovely to see our EcoGuard representative come by. He always asks what if any issues need addressing and is both speedy and informative. Love it all.
Friendly and professional service.

We’ve been using EcoGuard for about 3 years now and they have always been truly amazing! They’re always on time. They always give a heads up when they’re coming, which is great so I have time to lock my dogs in the house. They’re conscious of not spraying my garden and fruit trees. And when I had a black widow &…

My account was billed for a service that I did not receive, and I’ve been provided with misleading information about it.

Tony did a great job today. He was pleasant, polite, and very helpful. He called me as he was leaving a prior job, which I was very appreciative of, as I have cats that needed to be contained prior to his arrival.
Prompt, fast, friendly service. Loved that we get a confermation call 30 minutes prior to our appointment.
Great pesticide management company. Always thorough. We have a larger property so that's important. If I have concerns they always address them right away. Highly recommend this company for bugs and rodent issues.

He is thorough and safe when spraying, especially in my home with the animals in mind. I appreciate their services and will continue…
Very professional, courteous, and great at his job.
Tony appeared to do an excellent job today. He carefully listened to us about our pest problems, inspected the evidence, devised a treatment plan and explained it to us, applied the treatments, then conducted an exit meeting with us before leaving. Time will tell if the treatments work but so far so good.
As always service was timely and polite
