Very detailed and great customer service!!
Great work! Got my issue under control after a bunch of spraying.
Experience, experts and understanding. He did very good work.
Technician was very nice he called ahead of time, on time and answered all questions I had.
Great service every time! Super friendly, professional, and just a really cool guy. Always does a great job and makes sure everything is taken care of. Definitely recommend!
Good job. Thanks.
Excellent service, very thorough and explained everything, as this was the start up service call. Prior to services starting, the company was very communicative with me, kept in touch and answered any questions. I also like that they are family owned.
The woman I spoke to on the phone secretary or what have you was at the both times I’ve talked to her absolutely delightful, lovely lady and their young gentlemen who came to my house very kind very sweet very professional. Listen to everything I had to say and I was very interested in things that I were concerned…
Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked around my little dogs who are always excited to see him.
Tyler and Dennis are fantastic. They always listens to all of my concerns. Dennis did a great job on the exclusion service on the property and took before and after photos to show the work done to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. Tyler takes great care servicing the front and back yards for all the…
Good Worker
Dennis was great and so knowledgeable! Easy to talk to and very customer service oriented. Thank you again!
As usual, Andrew from Ecoguard did a great job. He does a great job at hitting the spots that need it most. We appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Ecoguard for employing Andrew, you have a Top Notch employee in this young man .

On time. Kind and professional. Respectful of property. 👍
Andrew has done an awesome job about brain storming what would be best for our situation. In à 3 story house- I am glad he can reach the webs way up high!
Work wasn't done inappropriate or professionally
We receive excellent service with EcoGuard technicians. Very honest company.
Excellent job by the service guy!
Very efficient and offer great deals
Seriously cant say enough nice things about Corey and EcoGuard. Corey arrived within the window he mentioned for the day, was extremely friendly, informed me of everything he was doing and where he thought my pests were coming in. He let me know what I can do to make it easier to monitor pests comings and going, and…
Courteous and thorough! He did an amazing job cleaning the webs from my eaves.
Christopher did a great job. I explained the concerns I had with yesterday's service and he completed a service efficiently and to my satisfaction. Even found a wasp nest that had been missed yesterday. Excellent
I honestly wish zero stars was an option. Last year, I hired this company for a 6-month cockroach treatment, and it was a complete disaster. First, their technician damaged my kitchen cabinets during the visit. Second, the treatment itself was completely useless. their 6-month treatment had absolutely no effect.…
Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and on time! Thanks EcoGuard and to Bri for referring me to them!
Eric was great as he was on time and provided us with a heads up text that he was on his way. Very professional and provided very clear and concise details on what he was doing to our home to help with our pest problem.
Notified prior to arrival. Respectful and polite. Asked about specific requests and did same.
Great professional service. Our technician Tony is awesome! He’s friendly, reliable.and goes the extra mile. The office people are wonderful too!
Always good service!
Erick did an outstanding job at spraying my yard, taking down spider webs, he listened to my concerns, and, for the first time since I’ve been using you, I’m finding dead spiders and cockroaches. This is what I’ve expected since I’ve been using your service. Erick was kind and professional . I’d like someone to come…
Cody was amazing and courteous ! Thank you !! Great service!!
Excellent service. Polite and very effective. And friendly.
Eric was very friendly and prompt in his service!
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Crespin is the best! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and the entire EcoGuard team
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
Our technician, Eric, did an outstanding job! He came out in between our regularly scheduled service to help with keeping the cockroaches away, which seems to be an ongoing issue in Folsom. Thanks for the great service Eric!
Ive had this service for about 2 months now. So far so good. The tech Andrew is very nice and easy to get ahold of if needed. Notifies me before he comes. Let's me know what he will do, and lets me know when he leaves. Im glad I found them.
Over the top service, couldn't be happier. The whole team was on point. Jared our technician was super thorough and communicative. I was really impressed with his knowledge and expertise. One thing I really appreciated was the technician report we received after the service. Highly detailed and comprehensive. That is a huge plus. Thanks!
Andrew is an amazing person! Very professional and great communication skills. I am pleased with his work performance.
Curtis is wonderful. He explains what he is doing and works efficiently. I am glad to have him in my home and solving the roach problem.
Andrew has been very helpful and responsive to my 'special' requests. He is part of the reason I signed contract on first visit for monthly service.
Very professional Very knowledgeable. Explains what he is going to do and is very concerned about our dogs so they don't get sick.
As expected technician was both friendly and efficient. He listened to my explanation of why I needed a "re-visit" follow-up treatment for insects, then proceeded to do the spraying.
I absolutely love Ecoguard! Jordan is amazing, friendly and has great customer service! He is always making sure that I am happy with the services and asks if I ever have any issues. Which I never do because their product does an amazing job!! I love that what they are spraying is eco friendly and safe for kids and…
Great customer service. Danny, the technician is very polite and accommodated my request to spray inside the house and the garage. He is prompt and gave me 1 hour call protocol arrival. I’m happy of the services.
Robert was very friendly and respectful. He explained everything he was going to do and the choices we had. He answered all of our questions. Made us feel at ease. He did what he needed to do. It was quick. Thank you and Robert for helping us out with our problems.
Steve is great and would like to request that he is assigned to our house every time
Crespin was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the pest infestation I called about. He properly treated the appropriate areas and left sticky traps to capture emerging roaches. His follow-up visit to complete the service addressed the drains as likely entry points for the pests.
Update: We have been with Ecoguard for a little over 4 years, buckle up because I have a lot of great things to say. 1. Big shout out to our Tech Curtis. On the days I get to be home he takes the time to educate on what and why he’s doing what he doing. Curtis listens to my concerns and addresses them in the best…

I will never have a regular Pest Control Company service my home again. Eco Guard does not use chemicals, so my yard does not smell like a chemical bomb when they leave. My grandkids can play in the yard without worry of chemicals. I have used EcoGuard for upwards of five years after discovering cockroaches, and…
Tony took the time to understand my concerns. He went above and beyond to ensure the problem areas around my home were taken care of. I can’t thank him enough.
Daniel has been excellent in keeping cockroaches out of the garage and when dealing with an ant problem inside. I specifically wanted IPM services with only natural chemicals (like Essentria) used for spraying. He's been very thoughtful in answering all my questions and thorough with the services over the months.…
Friendly, efficient service. Jordan was very polite and respectful and asked if I needed anything else before leaving.
As always Shawn is the best! He takes the time to treat all the areas and explains anything I have a concern about
Such a great service tech! Super friendly and always on time!
Excellent job spraying around our home. Cleaning spider webs. Changing rodent bait in traps around the yard and removing traps with caught mice. Very satisfied!
Well done!
Had this company coming for almost a decade now and still love them. Always personable, friendly, respectful of time and property, and willing to go the extra mile to troubleshoot or ensure we’re satisfied. Their pricing beats all the newcomers who knock on my door too.
Good People. Very Respectful when talking with all their workers. Highly recommend. Never have had a problem and they have also come back outside of their apt window to treat. We have been using for years and don’t have a bug issue. Always check in when they arrive and about to start service. Top Notch!
Since we’ve used EcoGuard, our house does not get anymore roaches, spiders, etc on the inside. Also we’ve seen a noticeable difference in the amount of bugs in our yard. All reps do a great job!
Every experience has been great. All the way around great service. The persons who have came out have been super friendly n understanding n patient with my dog as he hasn't gotten used to them yet n he's weary.

Chris has been extremely helpful. His knowledge and experience is greatly appreciated. I thank him very much.
Wednesday, Jan 28, 2026, Jordan showed up on time. There was no prior notification due to a mix up with my phone number. That has been corrected. Jordon was polite, attentive and knowledgeable about his job. He set two rat traps in my attic due to rodent infestation and one box trap on my back porch. He sprayed for…

Great service by technician Mr. Curtis. He arrived early in the morning as scheduled and was very helpful, answering questions with great patience and respect toward older folks. The service was reoccurring service every three months for about $150
Nick is the best! He goes beyond to help address issues. He is professionally friendly and courteous. He calls every time prior to arriving to let me know he’s on his way. Our technician was super nice and very fast! Would highly recommend
Great company and always there whenever we've had extra issues arise. Very friendly employees.
Always good work but this time the technician sprayed more than I’ve ever seen a technician spray the bug chemical. Other than that it was good work.
Great service, Eric is awesome: he provides top-notch service, quick, courteous and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!
Friendly and efficient technicians. Ants, spiders and Roaches are kept under control. Traps set for rodents under the house but none caught yet.
Great work and excellent customer service
Called EcoGuard office on Friday because I had some concerns about the ants in my bathroom were coming from an other location. They scheduled a Saturday visit. Crespin arrived and evaluated the situation. He assured me that the treatment was still working and if I had any questions to let the office know. Greatly appreciated.
Always willing to help with all pest issues for a great price. Very reliable and they use safe eco-friendly barrier around our home that prevents the bugs from getting in, especially those pesty ants.
The tech came in and talked to me about my concerns, and inspected my kitchen cabinets and garage. We talked about what I can expect to see moving forward and adjusted the spray area.
Always does an amazing job, professional, and has really helped us with our big issues!
I have been with EcoGuard as my pest control company for over 12 years. Jordan has been servicing my current property for about the past 4 years and is friendly, professional, and courteous with each visit. He always checks in to see if there are new bugs we’re concerned about. Since I have an asthmatic cat, indoor…
We get a quarterly spray around the perimeter of our home to exterminate and keep away bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders, etc.). We like them because their insecticide spray seems to work and does not contain smelly, dangerous poisons, which is paramount with pets.
I always appreciate seeing jayvon. He is nice, respectful and informative
We are approaching our one year mark with EcoGuard and are happy we have them for our pest management. Christian is our guy that services our house. We’ve been using EcoGuard for about 3 years now and they have always been truly amazing! They’re always on time. They always give a heads up when they’re coming, which is great so I have time to lock my dogs in the house. They’re conscious of not spraying my garden and fruit trees. And when I had a black widow &…
