Jeremy found three big wasp nests under the eaves of our home. He made extra time to make sure they were treated properly. He did a great job and explained how the wasps would behave following the treatment so we would be prepared for the increased activity prior to their eradication.

I was disappointed that not all bait stations were treated. Originally, I believe I had 4 now I have 3 and only 2 were attended to. If I didn't constant rodent issues it would matter less but since I do this is a bit frustrating. Also, the comments are automated so I really don't know what is going on.

We have been a customer of EcoGuard for years and they have been excellent until recently. The technician that comes to the house (Lee) has been exemplary but recently the corporation has started using an AI for billing follow-up. The AI is AWFUL to deal with. The AI gets one star.

I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
