As always, Anthony is welcoming and efficient. Asks if there are any concerns, and explains what service he is to perform. He has been our technician for a number of years and continues to provide quality care. 10/22/2026 - The above assessment is still true. Very satisfied with EcoGuard.
Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.
I've had Matthew, Tyler, and most recently, Dennis, out to my house. All were very friendly and professional and knew their stuff.

We would like to cancel service. Each time, we don’t SEE any improvement. We asked the gentleman if he could help with wasps in our umbrella in the backyard. He said he would handle it. We went out there an hour or so after he left, wasps were still flying all over the umbrella. Last time, he sprayed but we still…

Great Customer service and follow up
We have been a customer of EcoGuard for years and they have been excellent until recently. The technician that comes to the house (Lee) has been exemplary but recently the corporation has started using an AI for billing follow-up. The AI is AWFUL to deal with. The AI gets one star.
The technician was very courteous and professional. The work was completed with minimum inconvenience. Highly recommend.
Thank you, Eco Guard, Ruben came out today and was super thorough, listen to all my requests and gave a five star service! Thanks for listening to the customer and having an amazing customer service!
Lee is very friendly and always has a smile on his face.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Very prompt and thorough, would highly recommend.
Love this small family business! Quick to come out and help with my initial complaint (relentless ants that regular spray/bait wouldn't eliminate) I'm glad I got the ongoing service so bugs are not a worry
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
This company is amazing. Their response time is so fast which is ideal for our busy lives with a toddler and baby. He also climbed a ladder and took care of a wasp nest from the second floor eaves that his coworker neglected the past service. Thank you Ruben!!!
