I had a great experience with EcoGuard! We had rats in our attic, and they came out to fix all the potential entry points on our roof. Rats still observed in both garages of the duplex. The fact that no rats were caught in this the second week of rodent extermination means that the current method or set of controls in not yet effective. Tech must rebait and move traps and poison bait station each visit, until rats are caught and no longer seen or heard.
