Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.
I've had Matthew, Tyler, and most recently, Dennis, out to my house. All were very friendly and professional and knew their stuff.
Leo was great as usual.
Great service!
Tyler was personable, professional and honest. Very pleased with his excellent inspection.
This is my second visit from EcoGuard and I am totally satisfied with the service. This is a company I will continue to use.
Set additional traps for rats in and around the house
EcoGuard always does great work with great customer service. I had a whole house inspection done which identified rodent activity in my attic. Today Dan came and identified all of the access points that were allowing them to get into the attic. Thankfully, we’ve caught it early. I am now having them clean/remove the…
Steve was efficient and helpful.
Nick was exceptional. He handled the service with skill and understands the business and exclusions thoroughly.
This visit to my home from EcoGuard Pest Management was outstanding! The service representative was very friendly and helpful to explain how the service was being handled! A Five Star Review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Technician talked to me before he started and answered all of my questions!
Cory, my technician, was great! He did a very thorough job, is very professional yet friendly. Is knowledgeable and I appreciate that. He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!
Jeremy was very professional on time and would recommend his service I will continue to use his service
Amazing service, fixed the problem and felt very valued as long term customers 👍 thank you very much
Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy with my service
Rodent exclusion service was carried out on time as scheduled. Zac is super friendly and diligent.
Frank was wonderful! so helpful and informative of our rodent problem
Michael did an excellent job in discovering possible entry points for the rats to gain access into our attic area. He was very through and very respectful of our property.
Excellent, very thorough
Jeremy was helpful and helped me understand how to deal with the rats. This is a new infestation for us here and they seem pretty prolific. We had feral cats in the past, but are slowly losing them to the elements of their life.
Very happy with your service and I even referred someone that is very happy and hopefully we can get their problem. Solved too. Thank you very much for your great service.
He did an outstanding job, and explained both the problem and solution very well! A very pleasant young man!
Andrew was a very thorough , friendly, and professional technician.
Dennis was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to thoroughly equip us. We thought we were rid of the rat in our home, but it seems another is in here! It ate holes in a bag of pistachios on the counter and a bag of caramel bits in my office. Unfortuneately, they don't seem to be "biting" on the traps.
I had a great experience with EcoGuard! We had rats in our attic, and they came out to fix all the potential entry points on our roof. They were friendly, showed up on time, and spent several hours securing the vulnerable areas on the roof, and around the eaves. Their attention to detail and professionalism was top-notch.
The technician was friendly, informative, and helpful!
Very polite and helpful
Excellent service! Immediate updates on progress which is very calming and much appreciated!
Excellent service. Technician was friendly.
Kyle was awesome - professional & knowledgeable. He did excellent work to resolve my rodent access issue.
Very professional and easy to work with.
Vince was friendly and professional. He asked if I had problems and seemed eager to take care of my requests.
Tech was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.
Very professional and thorough! Friendly demeanor :) Patiently answered all of my questions
Great at informing on the services you’ve provided. Great job!
The service reps who perform our monthly service are always professional and polite. I appreciate that they communicate before and after an appointment, so we know what's going on, across our multiple buildings.
These guys are incredible. Pricing is more than fair. Effective trapping, through property inspections, very polite and non-judgmental employees. Over the phone customer service and support is convenient and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I plan to update this review with names with time, but this entire company is just…
I highly recommend Echo Guard! They do a great job keeping my home protected from rodents, spiders, ants, and other insects. They are always on time, very friendly, and truly appreciate their customers. Thank you, Echo Guard, for your excellent service! ❤️
Technician was very professional and nice! His work was very deliberate and thorough. When he left, my ant problem left with him! Yay! Great job, Echo Guard!
Everyone I have spoke with has been very friendly and helpful.
Rats still observed in both garages of the duplex. The fact that no rats were caught in this the second week of rodent extermination means that the current method or set of controls in not yet effective. Tech must rebait and move traps and poison bait station each visit, until rats are caught and no longer seen or heard.
Casey helped with two dead rats that were in our electrical box. I really appreciate how he came over quickly, identified the problem and fixed it!!
Technician was detail oriented and nice.
Juan did an awesome job. I didn’t know what the tiny bugs were that showed up every morning everywhere. He knew exactly what the bug is and treated the entire inside and asked if he could treat the outside and the lawn because that is where they live. I’m so happy knowing no new bugs this morning. Thank you so much, Juan. 😁
Nick was very through on his initial inspection and found three points of entrance in the house. He installed screens over the holes and set 8 traps around the house in strategic locations. Great job
Chris was great. He was very professional and thorough in helping me with my rodent problem. I appreciate his going above and beyond to make sure I was good.
Marc was so helpful in a stressful situation. We are dealing with rodents in the garage. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. I feel confident that he will ultimately solve this problem for us. We also use them for regular pest control services and they always come out and do a thorough…
Tyler and Dennis are fantastic. They always listens to all of my concerns. Dennis did a great job on the exclusion service on the property and took before and after photos to show the work done to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. Tyler takes great care servicing the front and back yards for all the…
Very professional and detailed.
Great service, professional and responsive of needs! I pay for insect and rat extermination every other month.
I have a gopher/mole/vole problem. Jesse came out and set traps, bait, etc. He was able to answer all of my questions and hopefully what was done will work because I couldn't fix the problem.
Jessie is kind and thoughtful. He is doing a great job! Thanks jessie
Recently discovered rat signs in garage and, this morning, a dead rat in an EcoGuard trap in the attic. Antonio was only scheduled to update the garden bait traps but quickly addressed the new issues as well.
Nick is the best--unbelievable Professionable, gentleman, and efficient Great guy
Dennis was great and so knowledgeable! Easy to talk to and very customer service oriented. Thank you again!
I've used Eco Guard and the previous service, North American, for about 20 years. The transition from North American to Eco Guard was seamless. The service delivery remained high and exceeded my expectations. I'll highly recommend EcoGuard!
We heard a squirrel trying to chew through the roof and called for an inspection. The tech did a very thorough job identifying the areas where they were trying to get in and securing them so they can't. Since it was still under the 2 year warranty he also went around the house and added extra screens to keep…
Great service. Friendly Informative technician.
As usual, Andrew from Ecoguard did a great job. He does a great job at hitting the spots that need it most. We appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Ecoguard for employing Andrew, you have a Top Notch employee in this young man .
Thank you Frank for educating me on when the gopher trap is full. I am sorry you had to drive up for nothing today.
Took care of my bug and rodent problems, and great customer service.
Excellent communication, detailed discussion what the tech was doing and pre arrival call. Absolutely brilliant and deserved a BIG 5-Star review!!!
Andrew was professional, informative and polite. It was a delight to work with him.
Juan was very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable. We appreciated his work and concern for our situation with mice.
The tech walked into my back without ringing the doorbell like I asked him; he did not know much about moles and gophers i.e. could not locate problem areas in my yard. I had requested this service; a complete waste of my time. He said they only do complete pest management. So if I had agreed to pay in advance there would be another problem.
Very professional! listened to my concerns and took care of them. Thank you so much!
Jordan, was very professional ,friendly and patient, great service
Work wasn't done inappropriate or professionally
Very knowledgable with professional service.
He performed an outstanding service better than any of the other technicians. He made sure I had no cobwebs. He wiped down my windows and my walls of the outdoor of the house and refilled the rat traps. I had a couple of questions and he understood and was very knowledgeable and receptive. Excellent customer service.
Tyler was very professional and detail oriented.

Hello it's been more than 7 days since Shawn sprayed were still seeing wasps, not as much as before id like to have another appointment to have the yard sprayed thank you early morning
Jeremy found three big wasp nests under the eaves of our home. He made extra time to make sure they were treated properly. He did a great job and explained how the wasps would behave following the treatment so we would be prepared for the increased activity prior to their eradication.
Nick is amazing! He's very conscious and his customer service skills are excellent. Thanks Nick!

We have been a customer of EcoGuard for years and they have been excellent until recently. The technician that comes to the house (Lee) has been exemplary but recently the corporation has started using an AI for billing follow-up. The AI is AWFUL to deal with. The AI gets one star.
Very professional! Helpful and clearly explained what was happening.
Our tech (I believe his name was Frank) was a very. Nice and good person. He came for the initial/set up of our service. He took the time to listen to our issues, worked on a plan, started our treatments. He also came back the following day to take care of one thing he had to get from the warehouse and was on time.…
Dead rat in trap in 2 hours and the tech came and picked up the dead rat from my kitchen within the hour of its death All covered by my plan. 10 stars.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Chris did a great job and was very nice to work with.
I am writing to formally cancel service.and never gonna renew with them I had to change my review from 5 Star to one star because No understanding No Flexibility. While I have been a customer for four years, I find the mandatory 24 month agreement policy to be unfair. Requiring payment regardless of whether service…
Professional and helpful.
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. We have had Eco Guard service for 3 years. We don’t see black widows, cobwebs and many other insects now like we did before starting treatment with Eco Guard. We highly recommend Eco Guard.
Good job worked. through some issue professionally. Very happy
Technician was punctual, efficient and thorough. Excellent work.
Andrew so so kind and understanding with crazy kids and dogs! Very fast and friendly.
Great job Kory! The job ALWAYS gets done and done right! Appreciate all you do to keep our home pest free. Thank you!
Johnny "Juan" was prompt, communicative, and so helpful during our service, which included a routine service and the removal of a mouse caught in a trap. I so appreciate how friendly and thoughtful he was - thank you a million!
Ive had this service for about 2 months now. So far so good. The tech Andrew is very nice and easy to get ahold of if needed. Notifies me before he comes. Let's me know what he will do, and lets me know when he leaves. Im glad I found them.

Awesome Service!!
He didn't charge anything it's part of my service and he was able to plug the entrance of the rodent and clean out the area. It's sealed tightly.
Andrew has been diligent with work ensuring that any concerns are addressed.
Today's service was outstanding, Thanks!!
Awesome service
He always does a awesome job and thank you 😊 🙏
Was told that he would call in advance and set up traps in the kitchen. He did not call, I did not see him and he did not set up traps in the kitchen. Not sure what he did. But whatever it is does not help with the mice.
He knew his stuff, was professional, and got right to business. Felt comfortable dealing with the situation.
The Technician was top-notch: Thorough, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Excellent service with a skilled professional team with flexibility, honest communication and respect. Exemplary care and performance

Very happy with Shawn Johle's service and attention to details. He has managed to catch 2 mole so far in my backyard. Looking forward to getting rid of any remaining moles. Thank you Shawn!
Our experiences have been very good. From my original discussion with Ryan, interactions with Emily, Dan’s work on the exclusion report, conversations with Wyatt in the exclusion department, and of course, Jaden. Jaden was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining all he did, what was…

The staff at EcoGaurd have been great. Everyone I've spoken to is friendly and helpful. They come out anytime I need between the quarterly full service treatment. The gentleman Scott came out and took his time and gave me a very thorough explanation and what had been done so far and what still needed to be done. We hired EcoGuard to help us with some rodent infestations. We had a pretty big problem and spent a fair amount of money but I feel we got our money's worth. Dennis, who is a supervisor, came over to provide a second look at one of our problems and proposed a solution for half the original price. I really…
We love EcoGuard. For this problem they were on it quickly which was needed as one of their traps caught a rat and the smell was horrible. Then they put deodorized packets in the attic. Whew!!

Many thanks to Robert who did an excellent job. He also took the time to answer my questions about the products used and how safe they are for predators coming in contact with them.
Kyle has worked diligently to handle my rodent problem and he's always pleasant.
He introduced himself and listened to my concerns about a new varmit possibly in my attic. Very friendly and seems knowledgable about current and next steps. Today, 27 February, I do not know he came. I slept in until 9 am, and never heard nor saw him. He could not get to the back as my gate was bolted shut. Did he come today? When?
EcoGuard has been a reliable company to work with. They show up when they say they will be there and are very friendly. They always ask if there is anything else they can take care of for me. When performing a service they tell me exactly what they will do and their receipts are nicely detailed with the exact products they used.

Dan did careful inspection around our house for mice problems. He checked everywhere and pointed to me various entries. He is very patient and answered my calls for my additional questions.
I have had EcoGuard for more than five years. There have been a few little hiccups with the company but for the most part I have been very happy with their service and Jessie has been a great tech. They have been the best pest control company I have dealt with.
Had this company coming for almost a decade now and still love them. Always personable, friendly, respectful of time and property, and willing to go the extra mile to troubleshoot or ensure we’re satisfied. Their pricing beats all the newcomers who knock on my door too.
