During this revisit, the technician removed spider webs in the back patio only but he didn’t spray any chemicals to kill or prevent spiders entering the area, which he should have done as he had mentioned at arrival that he will do only spot treatment in the patio.

Tony appeared to do an excellent job today. He carefully listened to us about our pest problems, inspected the evidence, devised a treatment plan and explained it to us, applied the treatments, then conducted an exit meeting with us before leaving. Love this company. Used them while in Folsom and now that we've returned to the area they were the first company I called to be sure we keep the spiders and ants away from the house. New construction and we are experiencing a problem with spiders, roaches and now gnats!! The company won't use harsh chemicals and the technician is very knowledgeable and so helpful. The ant, spider and roach problem was resolved in just a couple of days!

Today was our initial service with Enrique. He called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time, went through our service agreement and answered questions, and removed all spiderwebs and treated our property for bugs.
Had EcoGuard come out bi monthly after dealing with a serious rat problem due to rain and poor management on our end. Always gave us a heads up when coming out and was very flexible with rescheduling. From the day we got EcoGuard, we never had a single issue after that. Would highly recommend. Price ends up being about $480/year. Well worth it.
