As always, Anthony is welcoming and efficient. Asks if there are any concerns, and explains what service he is to perform. He has been our technician for a number of years and continues to provide quality care. 10/22/2026 - The above assessment is still true. Very satisfied with EcoGuard.
Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.

I highly recommend Echo Guard! They do a great job keeping my home protected from rodents, spiders, ants, and other insects. They are always on time, very friendly, and truly appreciate their customers. Thank you, Echo Guard, for your excellent service! ❤️
During this revisit, the technician removed spider webs in the back patio only but he didn’t spray any chemicals to kill or prevent spiders entering the area, which he should have done as he had mentioned at arrival that he will do only spot treatment in the patio.
Jose came on time. He, as usual, was very professional and efficient and courteous, as well as very patient as I had to make sure my pointer (dog) is well behaved. She knew him from before as he was the one that serviced my home. I thank him for making sure all is well now.
Tyler and Dennis are fantastic. They always listens to all of my concerns. Dennis did a great job on the exclusion service on the property and took before and after photos to show the work done to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. Tyler takes great care servicing the front and back yards for all the…
We would like to cancel service. Each time, we don’t SEE any improvement. We asked the gentleman if he could help with wasps in our umbrella in the backyard. He said he would handle it. We went out there an hour or so after he left, wasps were still flying all over the umbrella. Last time, he sprayed but we still…
Technician never rang our doorbell, so I never knew he was here to unlock our gate for him. Because of this he was only able to service the front of our house. This is after they had to reschedule our service because a technician never came by for servicing last week. I have to add that this is unusual behavior for…

Overall happy with service that Jordan did. Granted there were lots of cobwebs, but could have done better job, especially around front door. He was very nice and patient with my questions. Next time.
We have been with EcoGuard for many years now and love the quality of service we receive. I just wanted to give a special recognition to Daniel Sizer today. I've been using them for years. Oils they use are fantastic and do not harm humans or animals. They're polite, professional and happy to answer questions. They always give extra care to areas that I ask them to. I'm a true fan of their work.
I was stung twice by a wasp just a short while after the technician left. I discovered a quite well established nest under the handrail on the deck. I quickly dealt with it and hosed it away. I am disappointed this was not discovered by the technician. I have no photos, not realizing I should take one.
Love this small family business! Quick to come out and help with my initial complaint (relentless ants that regular spray/bait wouldn't eliminate) I'm glad I got the ongoing service so bugs are not a worry
Always super professional and any issues? They will fix them ASAP at no extra charge. Best $50 per month a homeowner can spend. A+
I am writing to formally cancel service.and never gonna renew with them I had to change my review from 5 Star to one star because No understanding No Flexibility. While I have been a customer for four years, I find the mandatory 24 month agreement policy to be unfair. Requiring payment regardless of whether service…
Nick with Eco Guard is always very professional, friendly and always asks for any concerns you may have with any bugs, rodents or insects before treating your property. This was my first pest management service and I was not disappointed. I wanted EcoGuard to address my mosquito issue, spiders, check for hornet/wasp nest in the eaves, spray my lawn and other areas for potential fleas since I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. I am always informed of any changes that they make so I know what to expect. I am glad that I chose them to do pest control on my house. They are willing to go the extra mile.. Thanks again...

Our tech, Eric, always goes above and beyond. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and address the issues that arise with newly developed communities. He has been on time to every scheduled service and takes the time to explain what he treated, in person.

Showed up and did a great job!
I used ecoguard for two year to control primarily ants, spiders and an occasional rodent. I stopped about 4 months ago and regretted 2 months later. I am signing up again, it was a big mistake to stop the service.

Derrick was very professional explained everything to me that I have a question of . He is very knowledge and know his work . I’m very happy we choose EcoGuard I truly recommended!
Love this company. Used them while in Folsom and now that we've returned to the area they were the first company I called to be sure we keep the spiders and ants away from the house. I never have to worry about letting our dogs outside, or having any kids playing in the yard. The products are powerful and safe.
Informative, friendly, and quick!
Our technician is always very nice and goes out of his way to give us excellent service!
Great company with friendly and professional staff. Will get the job done with ants issue. I know we can’t get rid of pesky ants during hot weather and wet spots from pool.
I absolutely love EcoGuard I've been using their services for over 5 years now and don't have any plans on changing! Absolutely thorough and is always very prompt to respond and take care of if there are any new issues.
New construction and we are experiencing a problem with spiders, roaches and now gnats!! The company won't use harsh chemicals and the technician is very knowledgeable and so helpful. The ant, spider and roach problem was resolved in just a couple of days!
The technicians are well trained and very personable. They are always enjoyable to speak with and have been very responsive to the specific pest-control needs of my house and yard.
Always professional so far
Great company and their technicians are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this company
Always friends and responsive to our needs. I use the bi-monthly service, but they are happy to come out and address any additional need that might pop up.
Today was our initial service with Enrique. He called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time, went through our service agreement and answered questions, and removed all spiderwebs and treated our property for bugs.
Had EcoGuard come out bi monthly after dealing with a serious rat problem due to rain and poor management on our end. Always gave us a heads up when coming out and was very flexible with rescheduling. From the day we got EcoGuard, we never had a single issue after that. Would highly recommend. Price ends up being about $480/year. Well worth it.
Personable, environmentally friendly. Miss the service since moving to FL! Wish they would set up shop in FL!
We have been using EcoGuard since 2014 and have been extremely pleased with their service. Technicians are friendly and efficient. They have always been prompt to come out for special problems line rodents or ants in the house. I recommend EcoGuard highly.
Very efficient and effective. Time will tell in longer term but finding many dead/dying bugs in first 3 days.
Excellent customer service. We have been very pleased with the results.
Awesome Service!!!!!
Very friendly and professional Service. Left us with ant traps that actually work in-between servicing.
We used EcoGuard for preventative pest management at two of our properties for over 4 years. This company is wonderful - the technicians are friendly, on time, and do a great job. They are fairly priced and make billing so easy with auto-debit. Using EcoGuard gave us peace of mind that we would never have to…
This wonderful company is a small business that is family owned. They go above and beyond in their work and costumer service.
I am new to this area and the local critters (rats, ants, spiders, scorpions!) have been out of control in my newly purchased home. Jared has been kind and patient with my concerns. He really listens and then explains what he is going to do. I appreciate his knowledge and can now report that life is a lot more comfortable these days.
I have been very happy with Eco Pest’s regular pest control services but I have to say they really impressed me when my husband discovered a wasp nest in our backyard! I called Eco and they were at my house the very next morning. They quickly treated the area and I have not had an issue with wasps since! Their whole…
We've used EcoGuard Pest Management for three years now and we've been very happy with their service. All of their technicians are polite, professional and helpful!
