Updated Review, 4/17/24: We've used Economy Exterminators for pest control services for a number of years but last year also began using their Sentricon termite prevention service. We recently had our first renewal of the termite service and were very pleased with the work. The inspector/technician, Kevin Gardner,…
I had the best experience with our technician, Colton. I was having a rough morning and he was genuine, kind, understanding and flexible. We need more people in the world like him. I would 100% recommend this company to others.
Serviceman was thorough and attentive to my concerns.
Great company with great people. Looking forward to their service for the future.
We have been working with this company for over about 2 years now, and we are extremely happy with the results. Ryan is our main guy and he is the best!
Rian and Cheryl both take great care of the house. Listen to any issues or concerns and treat accordingly.
Very professional and prompt service. All the technicians are friendly. They go to great pains to make sure we are taken care of and that our pets are safe while they are treating the house.
Really friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff who do a great job. Rian was wonderful and took care of my ant issue.
You get what you pay for. Hornets still build nests in our deck, despite them treating bimonthly, and fire ants are constantly an issue despite them treating the lawn bimonthly. Enjoy paying the extra money for the callouts. Another frustrating thing is the came during an absolute downpour one time. They treated…
Shady service. There's always someone that comes out to help you, when in reality they send another person out to tell you they can't do what the last person said the next visit would be for. This happened to us on more then one occasion. Also got autocharged after my initial plan even after calling asking for it…
Jay helps us from Economy Exterminators. He is so nice, always professional and takes time with us to listen and explain services. SUPER nice guy, great company to work with.
The gentleman who conducted the "call-back" visit was most courteous and appeared to genuinely care about our problems.
Economy Exterminators were great to work with, they were upfront and honest about what they could or couldn't/shouldn't do given my homes unique location and needs and I feel their pricing is very reasonable. The tech that came out was efficient and respectful of my home. Happy to be contracted with them!
We have been using Economy Exterminators for about a year now and are very happy with them. They always have time to come by quickly if we see increased activity and go above and beyond…
Always on time and very professional!
They come and take care of things, and we no longer have bugs even though we live in a rural area.
I use Economy for my house and place of employment and am so so so happy! Travis services both and is so professional, thorough, and friendly. They make sure to be in the office before patients come in and understand that my dogs are in the backyard so they treat the front and come back when they know they are…
Russ with Economy is the absolute best. The service has been very good but Russell's professionalism makes it 10 times better!!
Called before arriving. Showed concern for the cats. Did the inside of the house first so I could lock up and go on errands. Then did the outside while I was gone.
Matt was very professional and honest. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell services. He did a thorough inspection at no charge and gave detailed information so I could make the best decision. The service exterminators we're on time for the scheduled appointment and we're incredibly friendly. They…
We have used economy exterminators for over 7 years and we love working with them. They were friendly, helpful, responded quickly, and gave me some good information and peace of mind! I would definitely recommend working with them.
Very pleasant experience! Representative was professional and very knowledgeable.
Steve and Travis were awesome! They both provided impeccable customer service and were knowledgeable about bugs….dragonflies scary looking but not harmful bluish green mosquitoes bite and cause swelling..got it! No one wants to hear about creepy crawlers, their habits and why your home may be infested with them but…
This was the best experience I have ever had with an exterminator company. The supervisor, Matt Daniels, came out to inspect my home within one day of me calling to ask for an appointment. Went through my home with a fine tooth comb (would have cleaned better had I known he was going to do that!) to see exactly the…
Highly recommended!!
Russel treated our home with spray to safeguard our home against cockroaches and ants. His smile and laughter as he went about his work, and the extra care he took to establish a friendship with his customers makes him a cut above the rest. Thank you for assisting us Russel, and we look forward to you visiting us again soon!
Stephen did our termite and carpenter ant inspection and recommended a control program that was comprehensive, affordable, and offered a lot of flexibility. Economy Exterminators take customer service and quality very seriously and I feel well taken care of.
Economy Exterminators is great. Travis shows up like clockwork, is courteous and friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure my service is top-notch. I can't re ommend them enough.

Economy Exterminators has done a great job taking care of pest control at our house. Professional, timely, friendly and a job well done.
I love the service I receive from Economy. My tech, Travis, is always timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He never fails to show true concern about any issues I have, and always asks about the family. (The little things matter) “Consider it done” is the perfect tag line for Travis! He makes sure everything is right the first time!

Very pleased with Economy. They are professional and courteous on their visits and also the office staff when I have contacted them. They come out between scheduled visits if needed.
Always do a great job Take the time to explain everything that is going on with each inspection
My wife and I are very fortunate to have responded to a mailer from Economy that we received the very day we moved into our new Cary house in August 2020. Prior owners had not kept up with anti-moisture crawlspace maintenance over the 40 years since the house was built. Just like another reviewer, we took Economy's…
Great service, long time customer. Bottom line, they keep the house bug free!
Travis was timely, professional & offered appreciated suggestions to help us manage the pests we have coming in the house from our wooded lot. I look forward to working with Economy & would definitely recommend their services!
They are always friendly when treating the house. Knock down webs around the outside while treating. Ask me about any problems I have had in the past month and inform me of any issues they see when treating the house. They also always remind me that I can call if I have a problem between treatments.
My husband and I have been using this company for years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Russell is amazing and is very thorough with his inspections and is knowledgeable of the pests specific to our area. He is another great reason to use this company!
We live in a log cabin and the bugs were getting completely unbearable; roaches, black ants, crickets, spiders.... after the first initial visit it took care of most of the bugs we called again to have a second spraying due to the amount we had initially ever since then we have had nothing. We are on the maintance…
Have been a long-time, happy customer of Economy. Recently resigned for monthly pest control service w Caleb who was very prompt and thorough. And service appointment with Johnathan who was on time, attentive, and thorough. Thank you Economy for always being there/here!
