Rain visits our business every even month and he brings very good energy and does an awesome job and is very interactive with our team here in Raleigh.
Rain was very nice, he was quick and answered my questions if I had any. Overall he had a great personality!!
You get what you pay for. Hornets still build nests in our deck, despite them treating bimonthly, and fire ants are constantly an issue despite them treating the lawn bimonthly. Enjoy paying the extra money for the callouts. Another frustrating thing is the came during an absolute downpour one time. They treated…
We use Economy at our home and business and they are GREAT! All the technicians and support staff are super friendly and helpful and if we ever have any issues they show up within a few days and deal with them. Very good local business to support.

This is a regular service for our church, First Congregational Church. We get treatments for inside and outside The service representative was excellent and very polite. He treated all areas and made sure the areas were properly done. I notice a difference in this rep from some of the others who were not as concerned and helpful.

Russ with Economy is the absolute best. The service has been very good but Russell's professionalism makes it 10 times better!!
Called before arriving. Showed concern for the cats. Did the inside of the house first so I could lock up and go on errands. Then did the outside while I was gone.
Matt was very professional and honest. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell services. He did a thorough inspection at no charge and gave detailed information so I could make the best decision. Economy is very friendly, very reliable, and reasonable in cost. We had bug issues due to a move and remodel, and all is under control now. Any questions or concerns, they quickly respond. I highly recommend them. They continue to treat our home on a regular basis. Happy with Economy!
They were friendly, helpful, responded quickly, and gave me some good information and peace of mind! I would definitely recommend working with them.
I’ve had fantastic experience with Economy, I had previously used another exterminator and I was still finding numerous alive roaches so I called Economy. Russel put my mind at ease and made me feel taken care of, since his first spray I have seen nothing but dead roaches … thank goodness! Thanks again, Russel.
This was the best experience I have ever had with an exterminator company. The supervisor, Matt Daniels, came out to inspect my home within one day of me calling to ask for an appointment. Went through my home with a fine tooth comb (would have cleaned better had I known he was going to do that!) to see exactly the…
Highly recommended!!
Russel treated our home with spray to safeguard our home against cockroaches and ants. His smile and laughter as he went about his work, and the extra care he took to establish a friendship with his customers makes him a cut above the rest. Thank you for assisting us Russel, and we look forward to you visiting us again soon!
Russell came up to service our home this afternoon, and during his treatment he was kind and courteous as always. Economy Exterminators has done a great job taking care of pest control at our house. We initially hired them to take care of a cockroach problem at our new house and they now do regular treatments for our home. The problem was taken care of quickly and they were incredibly responsive when they were helping us get…
Great people, super friendly. Job done beyond expectations.
Professional, timely, friendly and a job well done.
Travis was very great to work with! Friendly, efficient, helpful, and transparent. Very pleased with our experience so far!
Great experience with this company so far. They came out for their initial spray and we saw a bug the next day. They were able to come out the next business day to spray the problem area again, showed up minutes before the scheduled time, and were as professional as the first time. With the exception of the bug we…
Always do a great job Take the time to explain everything that is going on with each inspection
My wife and I are very fortunate to have responded to a mailer from Economy that we received the very day we moved into our new Cary house in August 2020. Prior owners had not kept up with anti-moisture crawlspace maintenance over the 40 years since the house was built. Just like another reviewer, we took Economy's…
Great service, long time customer. Bottom line, they keep the house bug free!
Travis was timely, professional & offered appreciated suggestions to help us manage the pests we have coming in the house from our wooded lot. I look forward to working with Economy & would definitely recommend their services!
They are always friendly when treating the house. Knock down webs around the outside while treating. Ask me about any problems I have had in the past month and inform me of any issues they see when treating the house. They also always remind me that I can call if I have a problem between treatments.
Everyone at Economy has been super helpful and very nice. They are great to work with and do an excellent job. Plus I was able to get help ASAP and they were flexible for scheduling and showed up right on time. Their service is great!
I recently made the move to Economy Exterminators from another firm that I was with for over 10 years, but the service had declined and that included unreturned phone calls. I have found Economy's staff out of the Apex office responsive and very customer focused. The technicians, sales and office support staff are…
We live in a log cabin and the bugs were getting completely unbearable; roaches, black ants, crickets, spiders.... after the first initial visit it took care of most of the bugs we called again to have a second spraying due to the amount we had initially ever since then we have had nothing. We are on the maintance…
Travis showed as scheduled and was very polite and informative. Great service!
