Due to some questions about the scheduling of the coming inspection, I called into their service department and had a very pleasant conversation with the representative, Elizabeth. She is very nice, willing to help with the issue, directly to the solution and I am quite happy with the outcome. She is one of the reasons I will stick with their company.

First visit. The technician was on time and called ahead. Very thorough and informative. We had a rodent invasion last summer that ended up costing a lot in time and money. We switched to Economy from a previous company and we are pleased.

I have had nothing but great service and customer service. Economy Exterminators helped us with Bird Mites and they were so wonderful. Make sure you get a cap for your fireplace! They were also very willing to help with the cost. We went on to have a contract and I have never seen a bug!
Great experience. Everything was good if not great; polite, nice, inspection, price, service. Even came at looked at the termite setup I thought was off. I was wrong but they helped me out. I have zero complaints.
