Economy Exterminators is the best!
Economy does great work. They always ask if we have had any problems since last trip. If so they address it. Good company. Jay just asked me if I had any issues today. I told him about an ant issue and it is now resolved. Thanks.
Highly Recommended. This is a pest control company that knows how to treat home owners well .. and their homes. I needed a new termite and general pest control service. Appreciate the reminder calls about upcoming service visits. The technicians are always on time, professional, and treat me as a valued customer. Also appreciate that they take the time to explain any findings and recommend solutions.

Pam provided great customer service!
I called about a billing question and Brandie was so pleasant and helpful.
Bobby came right on schedule this morning and called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and make sure he had the request understood properly. He came and talked me through the different items, asked me if I wanted this item/service (without being pushy one way or another), and he worked quickly but…
Russel! I should have written this years ago. This man is thorough, a sweetheart and always ready to help. You always know when he shows up, you have nothing to worry about!
Great experience. Everything was good if not great; polite, nice, inspection, price, service. Even came at looked at the termite setup I thought was off. I was wrong but they helped me out. I have zero complaints.
I have been using Economy Exterminators for almost 20 years. They always do a great job at a very reasonable price. Their employees are top notch!
I had a question about the results of my annual inspection. Hannah assisted me and I want to provide this review of her service because it was so very excellent. Hannah was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The answer to my question required some research and she conducted the necessary…
We've been with Economy Exterminators for about 5 years now. We've always been really happy with their service. They initially treated our house for termites and we've contracted with them to come out once a year and inspect since that initial treatment. This year they really saved our bacon - Jonathon found a…
Very easy to schedule an appointment! Excellent customer service.
I needed to verify my appointment and it was quick and easy to do so. No hassle at all. Thanks!
We bought a house and called Economy Exterminators because it was who the previous owner used. Their free inspection was informative and our technician who came out, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while providing excellent work and advice for homeownership and maintenance in regards to pest control. We are happy thus far with our service!
Great company with great people. Looking forward to their service for the future.
The customer service from Economy Exterminators is excellent. The technician, Rian was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Very professional and prompt service. All the technicians are friendly. They go to great pains to make sure we are taken care of and that our pets are safe while they are treating the house.
We've used Economy for 30+ years. We recently had a problem with meal moths and ants. Both Cody and Rian came out at different times to take care of them. In my opinion, the techs are well trained in pest problems and the solutions for them as well as how to talk to and educate the customer. Who knew that meal…
Jay helps us from Economy Exterminators. He is so nice, always professional and takes time with us to listen and explain services. SUPER nice guy, great company to work with.
All of the service techs were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable! Better than expected!
A truly honest company and a pleasure to work with. They could have sold me certain services and I would have believed them. Instead they were honest with me and saved me tons of money. Other pest companies tried to sell me on services I did not need. I HIGHLY recommend Economy Exterminators and in particular one of their sales reps, Matthew Daniels.
They come and take care of things, and we no longer have bugs even though we live in a rural area.
Matt was very professional and honest. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell services. He did a thorough inspection at no charge and gave detailed information so I could make the best decision. The service exterminators we're on time for the scheduled appointment and we're incredibly friendly. They…
We have used economy exterminators for over 7 years and we love working with them. We have a small horse farm and are constantly needing yellow jackets nests for fire ant hills killed where the horses, riders, and dogs go. We have a routine service that keeps our place in great shape plus use the termite service. If…
Stephen did our termite and carpenter ant inspection and recommended a control program that was comprehensive, affordable, and offered a lot of flexibility. Economy Exterminators take customer service and quality very seriously and I feel well taken care of.
Russell came up to service our home this afternoon, and during his treatment he was kind and courteous as always. He does a great job of keeping us pest-free including mice and spiders in the garage specifically. We enjoy every time Russell comes out for our bi-monthly treatment to keep us pest and rodent-free. We…
We’ve used Economy Exterminators since we opened back in November. Nothing short of exceptional customer service. Our technician is friendly, always on time and he does an excellent job meeting our needs. Great company. We really appreciate their business.
Always do a great job Take the time to explain everything that is going on with each inspection
My wife and I are very fortunate to have responded to a mailer from Economy that we received the very day we moved into our new Cary house in August 2020. Prior owners had not kept up with anti-moisture crawlspace maintenance over the 40 years since the house was built. Just like another reviewer, we took Economy's…
I’ve loved using them! The previous owner of my home suggested them and I’m glad they did! Very thorough, friendly, and overall a great experience.
We live in a log cabin and the bugs were getting completely unbearable; roaches, black ants, crickets, spiders.... after the first initial visit it took care of most of the bugs we called again to have a second spraying due to the amount we had initially ever since then we have had nothing. We are on the maintance…
These guys are fabulous! A very friendly gentleman came to inspect my home for concerns regarding termites, silverfish and those huge nasty water roaches appearing in the garage and shower drain. He was super patient and thorough, explaining the sources and things to watch for for termite damage. After discussing…
I’ve been serviced by this company for nearly 7 years. Always punctual and thorough. Highly recommended.
We have used Economy for 20 years, which is a testament to the service the company provides. If we do have a rare issue, they are very prompt in responding. Their service staff is exceptional. We rate them an A+ and recommend Economy highly.
First met with Mattew for the initial inspection. Was a really good appointment. Very knowledgeable and gave a lot of pertinent information. Also professional and courteous. Second service date, met Andy...knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. If the treatments work to keep they critters away it will definitely rank as a 5 star experience!
Caleb, the field inspector did a real great job in inspecting the house and identifying the termite tubings in the exterior of my fireplace area. I really appreciate his professionalism and taking time to inspect and explain the process, highly recommend Caleb and his team.
A co-worker recommended this company when we bought our house. We've been customers for 4 years now, and they don't take us for granted. Russell is awesome! He came out on a Saturday for a routine check in and when he learned there were ants, he got right on top of it! So far they look like they should be gone soon!
Mike and the Economy Exterminators team have done a great job.
Great experience!
Russell was so great! Friendly and very thorough.highly recommended!!
I have been a customer for several years now and have been very happy. The technicians are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Any issue we have had has been dealt with in a timely manner.
This company is honest and the employees are very dedicated to finding solutions for your problems.
