Our technician for today was Ira. He introduced himself and inquired about any pests we may have noticed since our last service. Only an occasional spider was spotted so he proceeded to spray around the outside windows and garage door. He was very efficient, completing the treatment within 30 minutes.
Same great service!
We Just had our first treatment with Economy Exterminators. Setting up an appointment was very simple and the company is very responsive. We had someone come out to do an initial estimate and once we signed the contract a technician was able to come out the very next day!! Joshua was our tech and he was very…
Overwhelmingly positive experience with the economy‑examination workers who handled our exterior treatment today. They went above and beyond, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We’ve been consistently impressed with this group for both commercial and residential services.
Very professional
They are always kind and responsive! We have been very pleased with their services for a few years now and will continue with them for as long as they service our area!
I have used Economy Exterminators for 15 years. They have always provided excellent service and advice.
Economy Exterminators is the best!
Highly Recommended. This is a pest control company that knows how to treat home owners well .. and their homes. I needed a new termite and general pest control service. Economy Exterminators are the right folk for both. Mike Phipps did a great job of explained their services and costs - after a complete review of…
Economy Exterminators have great customer service. I called them on Monday the holiday and the very next morning I was receiving a phone call back from Ms. Pam . She was very professional and so very kind . Her willingness to help and to make sure my concern was addressed in a timely manner was awesome. Thank you!!
Joshua was awesome! Very professional and kind. He found 4 small wasp nest and took care of them right away. 😂 Economy Exterminators do a thorough job each time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fair pricing as well.
Christina was such a great help going over my plan and scheduling services for me.
Paul was very professional and took care of the areas I was concerned about. We talked about a few items and he put my mind at ease. Looking forward to working with him again.
Economy exterminators are always friendly, efficient and thorough. The tech always checks in when he arrives to see if there is anything special that needs to be done, and he’s always willing to take his time to answer any questions. Great service!
Travis and Ecomomy Exterminator staff are always professional, respectful, accommodating and friendly. They keep bugs and vermin out of my space.🥰
Bobby came right on schedule this morning and called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and make sure he had the request understood properly. He came and talked me through the different items, asked me if I wanted this item/service (without being pushy one way or another), and he worked quickly but…
Russel! I should have written this years ago. This man is thorough, a sweetheart and always ready to help. You always know when he shows up, you have nothing to worry about!
The sales people are wonderful with follow-up. The exterminator was knowledgeable and thorough.
Thanks Hannah! Great job!
Russ with Economy was fantastic! Took the extra time to help with a couple nests that needed to be removed and educated my son on what he was doing!
Thank you Johnel! Johnel always does a great job, is thorough, polite, professional, and respectful. He checks in with us to see if he needs to address any pest issues while at our house. Johnel has been to our house many times, is friendly and you can tell he enjoys his job and is a valued member of the Economy team.
Updated Review, 4/17/24: We've used Economy Exterminators for pest control services for a number of years but last year also began using their Sentricon termite prevention service. We recently had our first renewal of the termite service and were very pleased with the work. The inspector/technician, Kevin Gardner,…
We bought a house and called Economy Exterminators because it was who the previous owner used. Their free inspection was informative and our technician who came out, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while providing excellent work and advice for homeownership and maintenance in regards to pest control. We are happy thus far with our service!
Serviceman was thorough and attentive to my concerns.
Great company with great people. Looking forward to their service for the future.
The customer service from Economy Exterminators is excellent. The technician, Rian was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and hard-working. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Very pleasant experience, Ryan was very kind!
Very professional and prompt service. All the technicians are friendly. They go to great pains to make sure we are taken care of and that our pets are safe while they are treating the house.
Great company - Xavier is the best!
You get what you pay for. Hornets still build nests in our deck, despite them treating bimonthly, and fire ants are constantly an issue despite them treating the lawn bimonthly. Enjoy paying the extra money for the callouts. Another frustrating thing is the came during an absolute downpour one time. They treated…
Shady service. There's always someone that comes out to help you, when in reality they send another person out to tell you they can't do what the last person said the next visit would be for. This happened to us on more then one occasion. Also got autocharged after my initial plan even after calling asking for it…
The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I like it when a technician understands my needs.
All of the service techs were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable! Better than expected!
We love Russell!
I have used Economy Exterminators for about 1 1/2 years and this company and my technician Russell is FANTASTIC!!! The company and Russell is always responsive and pleasant and do an EXCELLENT JOB!! We have been using Economy Exterminators for about a year now and are very happy with them. Russell is our amazing tech and is so kind, genuine, and truly cares that our home and those that live in it are taken care of. They always have time to come by quickly if we see increased activity and go above and beyond…
Bobby did an excellent job and is so nice!
A very polite and professional young men performed the service in a careful and efficient manner. Could not ask for better service.
Travis was very considerate and cordial. He did a great job.
Always on time and very professional!
They come and take care of things, and we no longer have bugs even though we live in a rural area.
I use Economy for my house and place of employment and am so so so happy! Travis services both and is so professional, thorough, and friendly. They make sure to be in the office before patients come in and understand that my dogs are in the backyard so they treat the front and come back when they know they are…
Russ with Economy is the absolute best. The service has been very good but Russell's professionalism makes it 10 times better!!
Called before arriving. Showed concern for the cats. Did the inside of the house first so I could lock up and go on errands. Then did the outside while I was gone.
Matt was very professional and honest. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell services. He did a thorough inspection at no charge and gave detailed information so I could make the best decision. The service exterminators we're on time for the scheduled appointment and we're incredibly friendly. They…
Very pleasant experience! Representative was professional and very knowledgeable.
Steve and Travis were awesome! They both provided impeccable customer service and were knowledgeable about bugs….dragonflies scary looking but not harmful bluish green mosquitoes bite and cause swelling..got it! No one wants to hear about creepy crawlers, their habits and why your home may be infested with them but…
This was the best experience I have ever had with an exterminator company. The supervisor, Matt Daniels, came out to inspect my home within one day of me calling to ask for an appointment. Went through my home with a fine tooth comb (would have cleaned better had I known he was going to do that!) to see exactly the…
Highly recommended!!
Russell came up to service our home this afternoon, and during his treatment he was kind and courteous as always. He does a great job of keeping us pest-free including mice and spiders in the garage specifically. We enjoy every time Russell comes out for our bi-monthly treatment to keep us pest and rodent-free. We…
Friendly courtesy service. Routine treatment has all but eliminated the pest problems I experienced before.
We have used Economy Exterminators for several years now. Russell is our technician and he is wonderful! Always pleasant, always willing to explain the products and happy to go the extra mile to check out any issues we may have. You can tell he truly loves his job and helping people. Thank you Russell!
We’ve used Economy Exterminators since we opened back in November. Nothing short of exceptional customer service. Our technician is friendly, always on time and he does an excellent job meeting our needs. Great company. We really appreciate their business.
Economy Exterminators has done a great job taking care of pest control at our house. We initially hired them to take care of a cockroach problem at our new house and they now do regular treatments for our home. The problem was taken care of quickly and they were incredibly responsive when they were helping us get…
Great people, super friendly. Job done beyond expectations.
Professional, timely, friendly and a job well done.
I love the service I receive from Economy. My tech, Travis, is always timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He never fails to show true concern about any issues I have, and always asks about the family. (The little things matter) “Consider it done” is the perfect tag line for Travis! He makes sure everything is right the first time!
Travis was very great to work with! Friendly, efficient, helpful, and transparent. Very pleased with our experience so far!
They do a great job they come in wearing a mask and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They are always polite and work hard.
Great experience with this company so far. They came out for their initial spray and we saw a bug the next day. They were able to come out the next business day to spray the problem area again, showed up minutes before the scheduled time, and were as professional as the first time. With the exception of the bug we…
Always do a great job Take the time to explain everything that is going on with each inspection
My wife and I are very fortunate to have responded to a mailer from Economy that we received the very day we moved into our new Cary house in August 2020. Prior owners had not kept up with anti-moisture crawlspace maintenance over the 40 years since the house was built. Just like another reviewer, we took Economy's…
Great service, long time customer. Bottom line, they keep the house bug free!
My husband and I have been using this company for years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Russell is amazing and is very thorough with his inspections and is knowledgeable of the pests specific to our area. He is another great reason to use this company!
I recently made the move to Economy Exterminators from another firm that I was with for over 10 years, but the service had declined and that included unreturned phone calls. I have found Economy's staff out of the Apex office responsive and very customer focused. The technicians, sales and office support staff are…
We live in a log cabin and the bugs were getting completely unbearable; roaches, black ants, crickets, spiders.... after the first initial visit it took care of most of the bugs we called again to have a second spraying due to the amount we had initially ever since then we have had nothing. We are on the maintance…
Michael came out and was a pro. Great guy to deal with and did a awesome job on our inspection. Thanks again Michael
I’ve been serviced by this company for nearly 7 years. Always punctual and thorough. Highly recommended.
Everyone here is super friendly, kind and responsive. I was happy to receive a call from them shortly after I submitted an inquiry and had my home treated the next day. Awesome service and very reliable!
Economy has done a great job keeping the bugs out of our house which is tough for a wooded lot like ours. Russell is always attentive to any issue we inform him about and a pleasure to speak with as he just wants to provide great customer service.
First met with Mattew for the initial inspection. Was a really good appointment. Very knowledgeable and gave a lot of pertinent information. Also professional and courteous. Second service date, met Andy...knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. If the treatments work to keep they critters away it will definitely rank as a 5 star experience!
Russell provides great service, he is always on time and very cheerful. He consistently goes above and beyond the usual to try and prevent problems from occurring.
Michael was incredibly helpful and kind! He answered all of our questions and helped us schedule quick service. Thank you!!!
We used Economy Exterminators when we first bought our home. Our yard was covered with fire ant hills and spiders were all around our home. They took care of the current and future. When my year contract was up I switched to a company that was cheaper. I began to see fire ants in my yard again and insects in my home…
Russell Gordon does an outstanding job in servicing our home. He listens to our concerns, addresses them and communicates results. Today he went into the crawl space, took a moisture reading and refilled bait stations. It was all in his report. Another outstanding service today. Russell is the BEST!! Russell…
Hi, We’ve been customers of Economy for 25 years or so. We’ve always had a good experience, and prompt service and attention when needed. We have always valued our technicians, but I am writing today to give a shout out for Russell Gordon, who has been our technician for at least 3 years now. He couldn’t be more…
Economy is a friendly, responsive and accessible service. Russell is the service tech who mostly services the property is knowledgeable and ready to assist. He's demonstrates a ...what needs to be done let's do it attitude. But the other techs are good too. I recommend Economy!
We have worked with Mr. Gordon for about three years. We are extremely happy with his service. Would recommend him to anyone.
Russell is the best. Very thorough and detail oriented.
