The staff was very friendly. Made sure you knew and understood the process. They were very thorough and offered any additional assistance if needed
Economy is great, they schedule appointments as quickly as they can whenever I call, usually never more than 2 days out (faster if it’s an emergency.) I’ve had roaches, mice, and wasps over the last year and they’ve been helpful with them all and everyone has all been extremely kind and helpful. Thank you to Carlos,…
Edit- 2 years later- service is still working great for our home. Thank you to Sean’s help today. His professionalism and hard work ethic is always appreciated.
Economy Exterminators is the best!
Highly Recommended. This is a pest control company that knows how to treat home owners well .. and their homes. I needed a new termite and general pest control service. Sorry I wasn't at home today. but I always get good service. Can someone come out and spray inside, I have a lot of black ants.
Paul was very professional and took care of the areas I was concerned about. We talked about a few items and he put my mind at ease. Looking forward to working with him again.
I've had a plan with Economy Exterminators for about 3 years. In addition to regular service, they come out whenever I have a problem for no additional charge. I texted them late last night, they got back to me as soon as they opened this morning, and I had an exterminator here this afternoon. As always, Jay went…
Travis and Ecomomy Exterminator staff are always professional, respectful, accommodating and friendly. They keep bugs and vermin out of my space.🥰
Great responsiveness
Wonderful customer service and response time to address concerns. Good communication and happy with service.
Everyone we’ve worked with has been so friendly and helpful. I can’t remember both ladies names that I spoke to on the phone but Natalia was very professional and friendly, made scheduling super easy. & Jeremiah did a great job with our home inspection.
Bobby came right on schedule this morning and called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and make sure he had the request understood properly. He came and talked me through the different items, asked me if I wanted this item/service (without being pushy one way or another), and he worked quickly but…
Excellent and thorough. Very easy to work with.
I’m in shock! Russell arrived in just 25 mins from my service request. Great guy, super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience.

Updated Review, 4/17/24: We've used Economy Exterminators for pest control services for a number of years but last year also began using their Sentricon termite prevention service. We recently had our first renewal of the termite service and were very pleased with the work. The inspector/technician, Kevin Gardner,…
I had the best experience with our technician, Colton. I was having a rough morning and he was genuine, kind, understanding and flexible. We need more people in the world like him. I would 100% recommend this company to others.
Very friendly and extremely joyful personality.😌
We bought a house and called Economy Exterminators because it was who the previous owner used. Their free inspection was informative and our technician who came out, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while providing excellent work and advice for homeownership and maintenance in regards to pest control. We are happy thus far with our service!

Great job helping us with a mouse problem and educating us about live traps and our options. Great sense of humor too!
Courtesy and professional. Explained everything they were going to do.
Rian and Cheryl both take great care of the house. Listen to any issues or concerns and treat accordingly.
Absolutely the BEST service I’ve ever experienced! I have a major fear of rodents and they came out within hours of our initial call for a walk thru of the house. In the same week, Ira came out to provide the inspection and preventative treatment for potential rodent activity inside and outside the home. He…
I use Economy Exterminator at my home and business and I am very pleased. They treat the crawl space which eliminates all pests unlike my previous service.
The gentleman who conducted the "call-back" visit was most courteous and appeared to genuinely care about our problems.
We have been using Economy Exterminators for about a year now and are very happy with them. Russ with Economy is the absolute best. The service has been very good but Russell's professionalism makes it 10 times better!!
Very pleasant experience! Representative was professional and very knowledgeable.
We determined that we had a mouse in our home. Our previous service simply placed a few cardboard traps (that we later learned were better suited for insects not rodents). Our further inspection revealed mouse droppings in many locations. The prior service neglected to do any inspection. We contacted Economy…
This was the best experience I have ever had with an exterminator company. The supervisor, Matt Daniels, came out to inspect my home within one day of me calling to ask for an appointment. Went through my home with a fine tooth comb (would have cleaned better had I known he was going to do that!) to see exactly the…
Russell came up to service our home this afternoon, and during his treatment he was kind and courteous as always. He does a great job of keeping us pest-free including mice and spiders in the garage specifically. We enjoy every time Russell comes out for our bi-monthly treatment to keep us pest and rodent-free. We…
Economy Exterminators is great. Travis shows up like clockwork, is courteous and friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure my service is top-notch. I can't re ommend them enough.
Friendly courtesy service. Routine treatment has all but eliminated the pest problems I experienced before.
We couldn’t be more satisfied with Economy. They are fast, effective, friendly, and always available when you need them. Our technician, Russell, has become one of our dog’s very best friends and is a pleasure to work with. We look forward to saying hello every month and he makes our experience as pleasant as it can…

I’ve loved using them! The previous owner of my home suggested them and I’m glad they did! Very thorough, friendly, and overall a great experience.
Troy was very knowledgeable and professional, and provided great service! Thank you!
I recently made the move to Economy Exterminators from another firm that I was with for over 10 years, but the service had declined and that included unreturned phone calls. I have found Economy's staff out of the Apex office responsive and very customer focused. The technicians, sales and office support staff are…
We live in a log cabin and the bugs were getting completely unbearable; roaches, black ants, crickets, spiders.... after the first initial visit it took care of most of the bugs we called again to have a second spraying due to the amount we had initially ever since then we have had nothing. We are on the maintance…
Russell is super friendly, thorough, and timely. Thank you!
I’ve been serviced by this company for nearly 7 years. Always punctual and thorough. Highly recommended.
We have used Economy for 20 years, which is a testament to the service the company provides. If we do have a rare issue, they are very prompt in responding. Their service staff is exceptional. We rate them an A+ and recommend Economy highly.
Everyone here is super friendly, kind and responsive. I was happy to receive a call from them shortly after I submitted an inquiry and had my home treated the next day. Awesome service and very reliable!
First met with Mattew for the initial inspection. Was a really good appointment. Very knowledgeable and gave a lot of pertinent information. Also professional and courteous. Second service date, met Andy...knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. If the treatments work to keep they critters away it will definitely rank as a 5 star experience!
Michael was incredibly helpful and kind! He answered all of our questions and helped us schedule quick service. Thank you!!!
Russell is always great! He does my house and mom's house. We look forward to seeing him every other month!
Hi, We’ve been customers of Economy for 25 years or so. We’ve always had a good experience, and prompt service and attention when needed. We have always valued our technicians, but I am writing today to give a shout out for Russell Gordon, who has been our technician for at least 3 years now. He couldn’t be more…
Economy is a friendly, responsive and accessible service. Russell is the service tech who mostly services the property is knowledgeable and ready to assist. He's demonstrates a ...what needs to be done let's do it attitude. But the other techs are good too. I recommend Economy!
Russell is our service tech and he is always so helpful and thorough. Within just a couple visits he fixed our issue with rodents and treated our home for ants that he saw one day when he was knocking down spider webs. He is so knowledgeable about what he does and we couldn’t ask for a better technician!
Russell is the best. Very thorough and detail oriented.
Russell is the best. Always look forward to seeing him
Economy Exterminators has been an exceptional service for us over the past 3 years. Their knowledge, diligence and customer service is second to none. I’d highly recommend them!
With my house being up against the woods, economy exterminators saves me from being over run with spiders, and water bugs aka those water roaches! Travis is great and very professional.
Just started with them, but so far so good. They came and plugged holes, set traps, made suggestions and said they'd be back in a week to check. Once eradicated then every other month.
Always a treat to see Russ pull in the driveway. He is professional, thorough & so patient with our energetic dog, Memphis. Wouldn’t have any other service!
Been a customer with Economy Exterminators since 2005. They are a great company. They are professional and very reliable. Never had a problem. We love our technician Chris.
